I have been here for only 30 mins. and in that time they have earned their 1 star. When first arriving 3 of 5 employees working were outside. They place looks closed and empty. We proceeded to ask if they were open one employee said yes and ran back inside while we got in the other two walked back in. When ordering customer service was great but once I got my food my chicken was soggy and definitely not crispy. I have never seen kfc chicken like this honestly gross. I went to ask about getting a different batch and waited at the front counter for about 2-3 mins for someone to notice me while they were in the far end continuing the conversation from outside. Once someone noticed me the newbie was sent to assist me. She was sweet and understood my concern. My chicken was refried and handed back. Below you can see what I was handed to eat. Read moreNot a huge fan of having my time wasted. Yesterday I walked to the kfc on woodside in lakeside. I had my order all set up through online. Go to hit pay when I get there to make sure tenders are fresh etc. It than says not available online for that location. But it didn't say that before I walked there or when I got there. I'm disabled so walking for nothing & it being the restaurants fault is frustrating by itself. Than having employees say try resetting your app & make excuses is worse. And Didn't work. Wouldn't even let me select that store now. They than say they are charging the stores wifi or something so that's probly why. That it's happened before. Ok no problem they should be able to honor the online prices for the inconvenience especially since its happened before. Nope they can't do anything. No manager available.
