Lake Arrowhead Sports Grille — Restaurant in California

Really disorganized when I came here a week ago; my first time. Took a while to get the drink order, then an additional 30 minutes (literally) to be told they were out of bloody mary mix. With Jensen's next store the bar tender should have run over and bought a few bottles so as not to lose sales and make the customers happy. Which brings me to another point, where was the tender? He would make a drink then disappear. The servers were back there making drinks as fast as they could whenever they couldn't find him. When he did make drinks he let them sit at the counter and did nothing to help the server's deliver them. Instead, we watched our drinks sit for ten minutes getting watered down by the ice, which they were by the time they arrived. Other tables that got there after us were getting their bar drinks and food long before us. Took an hour and fifteen minutes to get the food. The food was good. The service was THE WORST service I have ever had. My order, according to the menu, was supposed to come with fries. The waiter said that fries aren't included and after checking the menu with me he still never brought me the fries. I ordered a side salad too, it never came. The waiter kept saying "I am bringing you salad out in a minute" he never brought it. The manger or owner (IDK which) asked how we were doing, I informed him of everything that was happening. His answer to everything was "we are really busy" which they were but come on this is supposed to be a restaurant. After never getting 2 of my items the manager gave me 25%off.....really? This place has good food, horrible service, the manager doesn't have good customer...

First and foremost, Amy was the best waitress we've ever had at The Sports Grille. This is the 1st time we've been to The Grille since the televised re-do. 2 in our party had fish and chips: crispy battered fish, somewhat limp fries, and the strangest tartar sauce I've ever had... sweet and chunky??? 1 had the burger with fried egg and bacon (deemed excellent by everyone) and the youngest in our group was extremely disappointed in her kid's Mac and Cheese dish. We all tasted it and decided it had no flavor. We sent the mac back and got her a grilled cheese. Good... but served on some rustic bread.
