I called for 5 min straight and noone answered. Goal was to order fresh cuz it takes 15 min to make crazy bread. I arrive & 5 different employees challenge me, look at my phone for proof, confirm I called the correct number, and have me call 2 more times. They argue with me for 7 min, they touch the crazy bread w/ bare hands & ask me to check to see if the oldbread is good enough & try to sell that manhandled bread for FULL price. They refuse to give me a mgr name & number & suggest I spend my gas to come back in hopes mgr is there tomorrow. They refused to give me any of their staff names and they refused to explain any sort of way for me to complain. All they did was insult my phone and claim. It was my phone's error and giggle/laugh at me/the situation. These are a tragic group of unprofessional people who touch your food w/ bare hands. I have video of these jokers. I was rushed off the phone, they never took my number or my name, just said 20 minutes. I wasn’t even done ordering! So I go to the site to order more food, planning on feeding the family at home and I get out enough to order some crazy bread and before I can get wings or a soda they’re heading in the back.
