Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in California

I called for 5 min straight and noone answered. Goal was to order fresh cuz it takes 15 min to make crazy bread. I arrive & 5 different employees challenge me, look at my phone for proof, confirm I called the correct number, and have me call 2 more times. They argue with me for 7 min, they touch the crazy bread w/ bare hands & ask me to check to see if the oldbread is good enough & try to sell that manhandled bread for FULL price. They refuse to give me a mgr name & number & suggest I spend my gas to come back in hopes mgr is there tomorrow. They refused to give me any of their staff names and they refused to explain any sort of way for me to complain. All they did was insult my phone and claim. It was my phone's error and giggle/laugh at me/the situation. These are a tragic group of unprofessional people who touch your food w/ bare hands. I have video of these jokers. Annoyed is the word. I called to place an order because online doesn’t offer the option to customize the pizza I want. I was rushed off the phone, they never took my number or my name, just said 20 minutes. I wasn’t even done ordering! So I go to the site to order more food, planning on feeding the family at home and I get out enough to order some crazy bread and before I can get wings or a soda they’re heading in the back. To do what? Who knows. Dude was back at the counter 3 seconds later asking me if I wanted to ring out now. Not pleased with the lack of service. Its been 5 days now. I placed an order on their app on the 20th. And door dash did the delivery. Was missing crazy bread, told door dash driver and he told me to call the store. I called the store and they said I have to contact door dash. I just wanted a refund for the crazy bread. 3.49$, they refused making excuses saying its door dashes fault to they don't know how to do a refund. Its been 5 days now and my bank account is still the same charge. They basically stole money from me. They are not professional and don't care.
