The drivethru window employee was opinionated and VERY RUDE. When i checked my order after i pulled away. I wasnt what i had seen on a TV commercial. I got back in line and questioned the content of my order. He started yelling at me and saying it was what i ordered and I said no the commercial... And he walked away and came back with a poster ad and shoved it thru the window and said look this is what u ordered... it was a triIupa add. simply said...No i ordered a chalupa box. Where is my box? Where are my chalupas? He had thrown to he food in a huge bag and my krispas were all on the bottom and my chalupas were in one long ongoing tortilla like a extra long burrito. Which i realize wouldnt fit in the box hense the bag. So when he blah blah blahed me I almost thru the food on the floor without a refund, but I was STARVING and out of money. I left swearing to call the manager but all my senses said to let it go at that time for my sake. I checked on line and saw what he gave me except for 3 different fillings that i was supposed tear apart myself it was all the same like a beef burrito. Bummer!! Read moreThe pregnant lady staff at this location was very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and asked politely to use the restroom. she said I have to buy something to use the restroom in a very negative tone. She said it’s Taco Bells new requirement. Its sad because I regularly go to other Taco Bell locations and I have never encountered this. I ended up buying a breakfast quesadilla combo, which I gave to a homeless guy in the restaurant.
She was very unprofessional and have no business working a customer service for Taco Bell. I was the only one there waiting but still took over 8 mins before she finally told me to use the selfs service which I didn’t know how to use. She refused to use the front machine for some reasons.
I think this was nothing but racially discriminating base on colour. It’s so disgusting they do that.

Pulled up to the drive-thru expecting to place an order and was told that they were sorry but their computers were down and that there was nothing they could do for me. Whatever happened to teaching your employees how to think outside of the box and maybe asking the customer could pay cash. There was none of that and they told me that since their computers were down I would have to go elsewhere. Let me tell you if I was the general manager of this establishment I'd be highly upset with my employees not willing to go the extra mile for the customer and at least teach them to take cash orders like the old fashion days rather than turning away customer after customer.
