
I would have shared this privately, but I saw no way to do that. Looks like a family run business and local to me, so I very much would like to support. However, I ordered over the phone and the order was taken by a friendly voice apparently new to the establishment. No problem. My order was going to be ready in 10-15 minutes. I got there in about 10 minutes, maybe less and paid for my order and was told about another 10 minutes. No problem except after about another 30 minutes my order still wasn’t ready. Finally my order came out with very hot fries as apparently they had to remake them as they made the wrong type. No communication of any type while I was waiting or to ask me if I would accept the other type of fries (I would have), instead I received this information as my food was handed to me. I saw they threw in some warm bread I assume to help make up for the long wait. Well, when I arrived home to distribute the food between my wife and I, we discovered her entree was missing and her sweet potato fries were cold as they must have been ready and warm some 20 or more minutes earlier when the food was originally being bagged. I had to drive back to get the entree which was there but was left out of the bag. We came for dinner as earlier that day we received a flyer from the restaurant with a generous coupon, so we thought we’d give it a try. Flyers and coupons are a great way to bring in more business and introduce the restaurant to new customers. Of course, first impressions only happen once as they say. The guy in the back got mad was telling her to ask me if I mind taking it with all the onions but me and my fiancé and kids don’t eat onion so then he told her to pick all the onions off all the pizza when this is a ton of tiny green onion. I told them no there going to pick all the toppings off and cheese he got mad and started to get loud in the back saying where are the tickets. So unprofessional he wanted to send me with a pizza that she picked off of. Conflicted. Love this pizza but I got a long black hair in my Greek salad in my last delivery order. And Delivery service is always slower than they tell me on the phone. If it's going to take 2 hours- just tell me. Don't tell me "maximum 45 minutes" and then me be waiting for over an hour (like I'm doing currently). The first time this happened the pizza honestly took 2 hours to arrive and I called back to see where my pizza was and they said they "received a large order before me".
