Manny's Pizza — Restaurant in California

Let me start by saying do not call this place for delivery. Called for delivery said they deliver to my address 2 hours go by call say delivery guys on way wait 20 more minutes finally get a call from suppose to be delivery driver says he's outside go out there he's not there call him back say he must be at wrong house try to explain to him I have a long driveway says he lost so I say okay I'll drive down to main rd and meet you there get down there still no delivery driver call again guy says oh I must be lost wait 15 minutes still don't show up call again now he just doesn't answer. I drive home call tell them refund my card they say okay we will no sorry no compensation in no way did they try to make it right at all. I was hungry and stopped in here to try the pizza. One look around and I did not have a good feeling about it. The exterior was shabby and there was a anti fatigue mat thrown in the dirt just outside the front door. I had an excellent opportunity to view the kitchen and the messy state it was in while I waited almost 10 mintes before the guy in the back could be bothered to come take my order. I ordered one of the speciality pizzas on the menu and was pleasantly surprised at how good it looked and smelled. The pizza was hot and I ate more than usual. I have to say I enjoyed it very much, until 4 hours later in the bathroom. This was one of the most mismanaged dining establishments I've visited in years, perhaps ever. Service was incredibly slow (took 40 minutes just to get starters.) Also, there were only 3-4 tables occupied, and the servers couldn't figure out which orders went to each table. Our orders went to another table, and others' came to ours. The patrons were the ones who ended up helping sort out the mess. TL;DR, slow service, bad management, and okay pizza. Tip for future diners: don't tip when you pay up front upon ordering, wait until after the meal and tip in cash...
