They served me and my 9 year old raw food.
my two boys and I went into the restaurant to order food. The first thing I ordered was a six piece chicken nugget. Happy meal with apple slices. That is exactly how I ordered it. The gentleman behind the counter asked me what size I wanted. I responded with. I did not know they made happy meals in different sizes. That point he realized his mistake and did his computer thing to put the order in properly.
I then ordered a number three regular sized with a Sprite. I then said no mustard no pickles.
I then ordered a number three large sized with a sweet tea with no ice. I then said no pickles extra onions.
Upon receiving my order I received the following. – A correct happy meal order -two correctly customized double quarter pounder‘s – a sweet tea with no ice
No fries no sprite.
When I asked where the rest of my food was, I was told that I ordered burgers only. I explained that that is not how I ordered it and it was clear that I was ordering the meal. He acknowledged that I said large sized but still insisted that I only ordered burgers. Two other people in line , both agreed with me. The store employees however, proceeded to argue. I said fine ring me up for the rest of my food I need drinks and fries. The young lady behind the counter proceeded to give me a couple of medium fries, but I still had no drink for my son. When I inquired about that, I got more attitude .
We then sat down to eat our food, and I will admit I was not paying attention, but when I looked down at my burger, it was completely raw. I took it back up and gave it to the young lady behind the counter, who then handed it to a gentleman that was cooking. His response was yuck. they asked me if I wanted a refund or another burger. Trust me, I would’ve rather had the refund but I had not eaten anything since 530 that morning it was not 8pm and I was starving.
That was a mistake. Since eating that burger my son isn't feeling well and I threw up before I ever left the property. Unfortunately that has continued . There is more but that's enough on the visible description side.
By far the worst, I will say restaurant, but definitely the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had.
this restaurant needs serious management help/replacement. They do not know how to take orders, they do not know how to treat customers, they don’t even know how to cook the food.
In the bathroom, both soap dispensers had the battery compartment sitting on the counter. Rendering them inoperable.
Aside from the bathroom being filthy, the rest of the restaurant, however, was pretty clean so at least they...
Read moreSo for how crowded the parking lot was, the line was relatively short. One of the first things you notice is they have those cool soda machines where you can customize your drink. I ordered my usual (#1 no onions, no pickles) and something for my boyfriend. It's a fairly small McDonalds so there weren't a tonne of free tables, but we found one that could seat the 4 people in our party. None of the tables were clean, but whatever, it happens. Unfortunately you have to ask for napkins (I guess people around there can't be trusted to have open access to napkins?)
Most of us in the group used the restroom and agreed it was moderately clean but not really pleasant. If you have those gross push-to-use faucets, at least give us some way to open the door without using our hands. Paper towels or a foot opener would both be acceptable options, because you're a freaking burger joint and people eat with their hands. I don't want other peoples' pee germs on my hands when I go to eat my fries, thanks.
So about 15 minutes after we order our food came out--well after everyone in our group was almost done eating despite the fact we ordered before any of them. Excitedly we open to see that my Big Mac was put in as "no onions no shredded lettuce," which isn't how I ordered it. At this point we were too hungry to be bothered to get it fixed--we weren't keen on another 15 minute wait. Additionally, half our fries came bland and half came so covered in salt we almost didn't want to eat them. We also saw a lot of people asking for salt packets for their fries so it seems that an even distribution of salt is probably not a given at this location.
All in all I would say this place is adequate for a quick stop if you're driving the 5, just be grateful you dont live...
