Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in California

Was greeted by a very very rude assistant manager at 2:15 pm on April 11. I work in the food industry on base. I was adjusting and my face mask and she very rudely and aggressively told me to have my face mask covering my whole face or she would not serve me. I told her I was just adjusting my mask and to not be rude, I knew the rules. She then told me she was not going to serve me and and to leave. She was very unprofessional and rude. My card was being declined when ordering online. I even called my bank to figure out the problem but it was just the Moes website. I had tried placing my orders before the massive lunch rush, but had to go in anyway.

I'm putting 4 stars because the staff does move quickly and efficiently during the lunch rush. And because the food was great as always. The employees don't give GREAT service, every time I've been there during the rush they seem annoyed and not super pleasant. BUT they work efficiently and serve good food so I feel that deserves 4 stars considering how busy it can get with a line out...

Whomever the woman working today as soon as you walk in the door needs to be reprimanded or fired already. This is the third negative exchange I have had with her. Unfortunately management does not enforce them having name tags so all I can give for a description is slender with star wars rouge tattoos on the left arm. She has consistently had a poor attitude. Don’t ask her to get the order correctly and seems to be constantly bothered by people “making her do her job”. Anyone else...
