Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in California

Never again...spend the extra 10 min and go to the EDH location!!! A total mess since new owners took over several months ago. I tried to give them a chance since I live up the street but can't any longer. I like the Garlic Tuscan pizza. In the last 6 times I ordered it they screwed it up 4 times. They always forget to put the green onions and sun dried tomatoes...main ingredients. Tonight they showed me the pizza at pick up. I told them it was missing both. They took it back and only added the green onions. I suggested they check their online menu that clearly states it is supposed to have sun dried tomatoes as a key ingredient that I have had 2 times before. As I backed out to head home with my disappointment of a pizza, the girl from the register came out in the pouring rain to stop me and tell me I was right. I declined the offer to have her take it back inside and add the sun dried tomatoes because I like my pizza without spit and didn't want it to leave my sight. It is a pizza. How hard can it be to follow the recipe that has 6 toppings. They got 66% of the toppings correct which is a D this time. Overall, they did it correctly 33% of the time which is an F. I've been going to the EDH location for about 5 years and never had a single problem. I would suggest going there instead to avoid consistent...

I had a disgusting experience here for the first time ever two days ago, I ordered a pizza for pick up and once I got home my husband and I began to eat and we both noticed that something wasn’t right, I took a better look at the chicken and meat that was on the pizza and it was undercooked. This has never been a problem before so I decided to call mountain Mike’s and tell them about the issue, a man answered the phone and said that he would check the ovens, I asked to speak with a manager so that I can get some type of refund and he said they don’t do refunds but the manager would be back in a half hour and she will give me a call so I left my phone number for her and still haven’t received a call back. This is so wrong in my opinion. No restaurant should ever send out the food without checking the internal temp. Of the meat. My husband and I got sick we’ve been having stomach issues since we ate just a slice of the pizza🤦🏻‍♀️ terrible terrible terrible experience and I will not be returning. I would still like my refund though, $40 just to get sick....

Well, my visit here today was ok, I arrived at 11:30am, which was a few mins into the lunch buffet time. Unfortunately, there wasn't any pizza ready. The games weren't turned on for entertainment, I noticed a small girl maybe age 4 wondering around behind the counter, in the back and by the coin machines plus she had a small riding toy for entertainment which I don't think bringing your child to work is ok especially were there is hot ovens and food being preped.. The salad bar area was ok and had a good amount of options, I guess it was good, I started with that because then 2 pizza's and cheese bread sticks were brought out. The food was good and hot, dining area was clean but some of the booths needs repair to the seats.

Overall it was a nice visit, the food and price was reasonable but I hope the next time all will be better...
