Honestly the best Mexican food I ever had. Not just in taste but in flavor too and in quality of the food. I can taste it’s natural and good. Me and my husband Arturo a Apodaca love it. Our son id 7 is a very picky eater but he loves their stake. We almost order from them twice a week from the steak and chicken they have and cook it. A lot of times we order from the menu and eat. Plus they have a nice dessert section which we almost tried everything and liked. I love how they have ice cream and drinks. Plus a mini market. I never seen anything like that with all the servers. I love the have s wide selection of great food. My husband loves their hard sell taco and me too it’s unique they make it. I love it. Though my favorite is the plate of chicken or meat with beans, rice, salad, and vegetables if you like. I prefer without vegetables though. Honestly on my own word and my God bless them. The best Mexican food. The people working there are amazing. So sweet, kind and the restaurant is so peaceful and causal. No judgment or anything. Everyone there is smiling and you see all different cultures there talking together and kids playing. I hope they get some small arcade thing maybe. Though Mexican food isn’t my best but sometimes with this restaurant I’m the one that asks my husband to get food and chose this cuz I just love it I feel it’s different boring food I know. It’s unique. My God bless that family and they become the best in this area thriving and have amazing great people coming and they get what they wish for, are peaceful and happy and...

Update 05/04/2022 - Came in again to see if there were any changes made. Clearly the previous made for some changes. I watched as the cook changed gloves and washed his hands multiple times just in making my order (which had 4 different meats). Piñatas are still on the ceiling but there is a lot more help so I would imagine this does not fall on the cook. They have also begun baking items though I do not know if these are fresh from this location or brought in from somewhere else. Below are the meats I had.

Chicken was wonderful. Great in tacos. The Carne Asada was incredibly bland and tasteless. The shrimp was basic but certainly not bad. The carnitas was definitely made with love.

Updating to 3 stars from the previous 1 star. I hope to make another trip in and update to the full 5 stars.

April 2022 - Be VERY Careful eating here. I watched the cook go from starting my order, handling raw meat, continuing my order, pausing to grab a ladder to get a pinata from the ceiling, finally finishing my order and then proceeding to the next. No hand washing and no gloves. Extremely...

Nina's Taqueria is what Cameron Park needed. Its perfectly coupled with Camerado Brewing Co.. They have excellent Crispy Taco's, Torta's, and Sope's. My favorites. My wife likes the burritos and the fresh bakery goodies. We haven't been though everything on the menu, but you know its all just as good. Nina, her two sons, and the rest of the family and employees are incredibly friendly and offer the best service. There is a comfortable indoor seating area and they even deliver next door to the brewery!! There are other close by Mexican restaurants that are ok, but don't offer the same friendly experience of this family run taqueria, or the other convenience's found at Nina's like the bakery goodies, complete market with excellent selection of meats and cheese, and many Piñata's for your party!! Next on my list to try is the breakfast burrito, Tosada Ceviche and Shrimp Cocktail. All items are priced at a great value. And did I say how nice and friendly Nina and her...

Authentic Mexican food presented as either a market for packaged or deli style fresh food, or prepared offerings a la Taqueria style. This was my first visit, midday Monday. A bit longer wait time than I expected for my food to arrive. No salsa bar or fountain drink machine, order salsa when placing your food order at counter. And get your bottled drink from the cooler; if you want chips you pay for 'em. Food brought to the table. Nina's has been in operation for about one year still with a limited provisional menu which is set to expand soon. I look forward to their plan to add outdoor seating when the winter weather passes. I'll be back then to try something different as my Super Burrito Carnitas wasn't super, just O.K. After my next visit I'll update this review, hopefully adding another star or two.
