Losing money works up quite the appetite Noodles is an Asian Fusion restaurant located in the food court of Pala Casino. Offering up popular dishes from Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai & Japanese cuisine, Noodles caters to those looking for something from the culinary region. Captive audience means casino pricing. Most entrees start around $12. At least the portions can easily be shared by 2 people. Beef bulgogi- Served on a bed of bean sprouts & accompanied by steamed white rice, the tender bulgogi had just a hint of sweetness. Not so much to become cloyingly sugary. The bulgogi isn't grilled, so doesn't have the nice char which I like. Nevertheless, this entrée was pleasing to the tastebuds. Pad Thai- Noodle dishes give the option of choice of noodles. For the pad Thai, I went with vermicelli. It just worked! The vermicelli was al dente chewy, but less messy to eat than flat noodles. A heaping amount, with chicken & shrimp, the pad Thai proved quite filling. Service was good. The wait time wasn't too long before our food was in our possession. Plenty of seating within Noodles, with handsome wooden décor & some couches which were more comfy to sit on, and at the food court. Burgers, pizza, sandwiches don't really appeal to me. Plus, the high end steakhouse & other hoity toity options are out of my price range. Which makes Noodles the veritable oasis in the dessert. Good & varied food, quick turnaround & a clean, modern décor are reasons why I highly recommend Noodles the next time you're at Pala Casino, dreaming of jackpots & full houses. Highly recommend! Noodles located inside Pala Casino is a quick service restaurant. You order at the counter, get a number, and they bring the food to your table. The ordering process is quite easy, and the wait time for the food is reasonable. When the food arrived it all looked very impressive. The Shrimp Wontons looked wonderful, but they tasted even better. When I crunched into the wonton all I could taste was shrimp. Crunchy, shrimpy, deliciousness with every bite. The Siu Mai not only looked good, but it tasted great too. The texture of the pork filling was awesome, and with the taste of the shrimp, it was a winning combination. The pork buns were soft and tender, and the pork filling made them super tasty. The whole meal was just incredible.

Came here because we were in the casino and we were hungry. We ordered the bulgogi with rice, the seafood udon, the pad thai and shumai. The bulgogi was mediocre with unnecessary bean sprouts under it.. the pad Thai had a weird flavor that almost tasted like they added ketchup in the sauce. It was so gross. The shumai was made with beef not pork and was not appealing at all. The only good thing was the seafood udon. And honestly the udon noodles tasted over cooked.. I also got a Thai tea and it was pretty good. And a bottle of sake. The total wast $91 and it was absolutely not worth it at all! Over priced and did not deliver

This place has gone downhill. They used to have wonderful food but now it's bland, dry and the proteins are extremely overcooked. I ordered the salted shrimp and the shells were adhered to the shrimp because they were so overcooked. Trying to peel the shrimp was exhausting because they came off in tiny pieces. Pretty much inedible. Not to mention they are now dictating how many dishes can be ordered to go. As a hotel guest I was only allowed 2 dishes to go. Non hotel guests get 0 to go orders. I wanted to bring home food for my family so I ordered 4 dishes for eat in. When I asked for some to go containers they brought out 4 very small boxes. That's all they were allowed to give me. So I asked to speak with the manager and she said they are just following their policy. She was very rude and said she heard my order being placed and the cashier explain to me their policy. If she infact listened in then she would have heard the cashier only explain that I could get 2 to go orders. She didn't explain anything about being limited to small boxes or limited to only the 2 large to go boxes. Either way it's a pretty ridiculous policy. I understand that Covid has affected the food industry and I understand the limited menus but I regret spending $70 on this terrible food and terrible experience. It's like they don't want us to spend more money?? I for sure will never come back here to eat ever again. I would rather spend my time and money on...

This place used to be good. Tonight I came to eat here again. We ordered Fried Rice and Pork Bun. When the brought out the Pork Buns it was hard and cold. Pork buns are supposed to be steamed and soft. The nice waitress took it back. As she did and explained to the cook/chef he looked like he was arguing with her. Finally he seemed to give in and make us a new order. Then my husband and I split the fried rice. I when I started eating it the rice was hard. I was like ok fine. But ate the eggs in it the portion was salty. Finally I asked the waitress what if going on with the food. She was kind to bring a manager named Simon. Who decides to tell me next time nott o eat the food and then tell them. Simon that is not the way you should respond to a customer who was informing you. Hoping tonight was a bad night on the food. You acted as if we were trying to get free food. You were passive listening instead of listening. Try taking customer service 101, instead of being defensive. You new cooking staff food was horrible. It is a same. Yes I can tell you have a new chef on staff because I am in the industry also. This was norlt worth the...
