Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in California

If i could put zero stars, I would. But this doesn't allow me, so I'll go with one.

I WONT be coming back to this location again. My cousin and I walked in to order a pizza at 8:05pm. There were 2 young ladies working. One brunette who was helping another customer preparing their order; while we got the other who was rude as hell from the moment she saw us walk in! Red headed, ugly frown, and nasty attitude! Off the bat without introducing herself or even saying welcome in she asks, "Do you have a mobile order?" I answered no and she gave the BIGGEST and loudest sigh with an eye roll and decides to say k what do you want. I then politely asked her if we were too late to order and she states, "Unfortunately you're not. I have to make you a pizza because it's not 830." My cousin and I were completely baffled at her disgusting looks and comment, so we just decided to leave and not trouble the employee to do her job. I'm sad to say this because I've come to this location several times and have never been treated this way. I've worked in the food industry and managed 3 facilities as well, and I would have never hired an inappropriate and disheartened person to work in my store. I get it, your closing time is at 830 and I apologize for not checking the time before coming to place an order. But a whole 25 minutes before you close to prepare a pizza that would have taken less than 5 minutes, it doesn't really seem like we were asking too much. I hope management sees this and takes action immediately to their staff about being so unwelcoming and rude to their customers. Good luck to those who come to...

This Papa Murphys is the WORST place I have ever seen. I have tried a total of 3 different occasions hoping it was just someone having a bad day, which could be an explanation of the less than acceptable food quality that showed up at my door. What I received today, was not even close to being acceptable. I thought food estaishments were regulated and required to put out a good quality product that is not only appealing to the eye, but edible! Oh! AND to be what I ordered and paid for! NOT this trainwreck of pizza sauce soup dripping in pizza sauce mess I received ! On the wrong crust, and without the extra sausage and extra cheese that I paid extra money for, but didn't get what I paid for at all. The chicken ceasar salad was a joke too! They must be out of supplies at this place is all I can think as an excuse and why the chicken pieces were cut up into tiny, tiny pieces so as to appear as if the correct portion was given to me AND WHAT I PAID FOR! That manager Annie doesn't seem to care about food quality either. Much less customers getting what they paid for! I want all my money back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY GOING TO THIS PLACE! I placed an order for 5:15 around noon. I arrived at 5:18, was handed 2 pizzas immediately, and asked to wait while the last pizza was put together. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby while they served multiple walkins ahead of me. When I asked them when my order would be ready, they rapidly went through tickets that were completely unorganized on the counter and finally competed my order after I had been waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes.
