First, i would like to say, I try to not go out of my way to write a bad review, everyone and every place has bad days! But after thinking about it, my visit was completely unacceptable and if you see this dont waste your time or money on this location! I went with my sister, she ordered a pizza and I ordered wings and breadsticks, both to go, the initial interaction with staff was great! The girl was nice and helpful , we were told our wait would be about 30 mins so we choose to wait in the car, about 25 mins roll by and there was food ready so I went in to see if it was ours, I am not sure What happened between ordering my food and then going to check on the status of it but the next lady I spoke with was incredibly rude, She rolled her eyes at me and said "it'll just be another several minutes" I said awesome no problem and asked if she could provide paper plates or napkins with the order she said yes and went back to working, another 15 minutes go by, I go back in there to grab what looks like our food again And she lets me know that when we placed our order the several ranches we ordered we're unavailable because they were completely out, now don't get me wrong I know it's excessive but my sister ordered seven ranches and I had six come in with my order, and the ranch is not free so they refunded us for what they could, The overall situation would have been fine if they would've had a kinder attitude but hey it was a Friday they were busy things happen, I truly believe in be nice to the people who manage to show up, because I know the world is really understaffed right now but between the attitude and the quality of the pizza it was just a nightmare, my wings were literally frozen, I've never took a bite and had such a cold center, while the breadsticks were incredibly over cooked , The pizza wasn't half bad but we ordered a maui zowie as a substitute ham for pepperoni and we are missing probably half our toppings, they did not provide plates, napkins, cheese orpeppers (I asked kindly twice) it just seems like they didnt care, you got to have good food or good customer service, with out either its a...

I should have hung up before completing my order. I certainly had enough warning as to the quality of the establishment by the attitude of the person on the phone. 7:30 on a Thursday night and I felt like I'd called after closing time. "That's all you want" a direct quote, felt more like a warning than a question. Round Table has always been a special treat among pizza places, one of the top in my view. I had a special craving.
30 minutes until it's done. I check again to make sure, 30 minutes. I show up 33 minutes later, pay, get my pizza, walk out. A few steps outside and I notice the box doesn't feel hot. I feel the top, room temperature. I check the bottom. Barely warm. Ok, I turn around. I go back inside. I tell them my problem. They disappear into the back.
"It feels hot to me." the worker said, "You're our last customer and it just came out of the oven. I saw it" the worker emphasized. Then the supervisor gets there, "Did you open it?" I'm questioned. I explain, you can feel it's not hot without opening it. The supervisor then opens the box, breaking the seal, and both the supervisor and the worker WAVE THEIR BARE HANDS, no gloves, over my food. Their hands maybe an inch from my food, they both declare they can feel the steam. This is when I realize they were going to do nothing to help me. I grab my pizza and leave.
When I get home, less than half a mile from the restaurant, the pizza is room temperature. I would've had to heat it up to eat. Instead, remembering their bare hands waving directly over my food, I throw the pizza away. $25 spent on a lesson: don't order pizza from this...
Read moreThis is the saddest Round Table I’ve ever been to. If this is a franchise, it looks like they just moved in because there’s zero Round Table branding inside the commercial building. Many if not all the cushioned benches were torn or had a holes in it. No menu posted behind the counter….which is not even a high standard….menus are just a minimum standard at ANY restaurant that takes orders with a cash register at the counter. Also, when I ordered a soda and a water, they gave me a paper cup for the soda and dirty glass for water which I might add had a sticker on it labeled “clean”. Someone tell me if that sticker is properly sanitized as they continue to wash that glass and hand it to the next customer. But who am I to judge? I’m just a Retired Military Veteran and a Licensed Nurse. I will add the photo of the glass and let the public decide for themselves on this one. Service was respectful at the counter, but the individual delivering pizza to the table was not wearing a clean uniform. What’s scary is that these are just the things I’m seeing and I’m not even trying hard to scrutinize. To be fair, the food tasted great. If I ordered this food for delivery everything would be perfect. But if you’re expecting the same Round Table experience of the 1980’s and 90’s…you will be disappointed. Again, service at counter was great. Food itself was great. But eating at the sit down restaurant is like eating a nice steak served on a dirty...
