I've been ordering delivery here for about 3 years and just today around 4:30 I figure I'll give them a call. I thought I should call them especially since I've heard Chinese restaurants have been experiencing some undeserved, scrutiny and drop in business from people being generally ignorant about the current health issue going around. They had always been great to me, at times giving me free sides just for being a regular and I love the food, they deserved the support. About an hour past ordering, being the expected delivery time, I moved to my living room to receive the food as I have no door bell. After an hour and twenty minutes I suppose they must be busier than expected. An hour and forty, ok, maybe they're working a skeleton shift to reduce risk for employees getting exposed to the aforementioned health issue. That understandably would slow them down. Two hour pass and I'm concerned I may have just gotten lost in the shuffle. I just want to make sure my food is in fact coming, so I call and check in. After being greated, I ask about my meal l, explain its been two hours, I was told an hour, I just was checking for an update and ETA. I went on a hold for a few minutes, then was told my zip code was too far and everytime I order it takes the driver 30 minutes both ways so their going to stop delivery to me and that my order was going to be cancelled for being too far, but that the driver had left. Taken a bit aback by suddenly just being told it's my fault my food was late and to stop being their customer, I clarified whether I was getting any food or not this evening. Yes, the driver had left, but once again it's 30 minutes both ways. I try to muster a thanks and get hurriedly rung up on. I told my wife we got dumped by our favorite Chinese restaurant and we need to find a new one. Confused having picked up an order before I checked Maps for the directions. I live 4.9 miles away it's 11 minutes. 11 minutes later I get a delivery. My order totaled $33, I tip $3 wondering if my principle to always tip is appropriate in this circumstance. I decided not to think about giving them a review, being ashamed I had never given them a 5 star when they deserved it. Here I am, well after the meal, blood sugar higher and head clear of hunger. I'm extremely disappointed and regretful to leave a negative review where I should have put a better one before. I've worked food service, I've done deliveries, I understand and respect the challenges of the job. I called with that understanding and respect and was told I was the problem, when I hadn't expressed that there was one, only wanting to know what had happened to my food. I completely understand if my timing is bad for an order, I've driven down Watt, I understand the time I called. Don't take my order at that time if you can't fill it. I'd have been receptive a later delivery time or even a request to call later because of a rush or traffic. I've been asked by them to pick up when I've called for delivery and obliged without complaint. I cannot and will not be receptive to disregard and disrespect, especially when I'm trying to be understanding and treat you...
Read moreI’ll start off by saying I’ve been hearing about this place for my daughter for years how great it was. A lady at my last job and by the sauté green beans and I would eat them. They were very good. Me and my wife we’re super excited we spin big is just the two of us but we go hard.
For starters, I noticed their bar which is very nice. I decided to have a drink. They made me a dirty martini with rotten olives and rotten olive juice. I couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth all day, and I felt woozy for the rest of the day, I should’ve left right then in there but stupid me!!!
Saying that I couldn’t have been more disappointing in this place. First of all my wife was sick as a dog for over a week second of all the food was not all that great the green beans or by far the best thing that they served us. The ribs taste like bone marrow, the cashew chicken was huge chicken the size of chicken nuggets inside the dish. The chow mein was dry is the Mojave desert, the vegetable fried rice hardly had any vegetables and the color threw me off because it was so bleach white…..and it was SUPER bland. I really have nothing good to say about this place.

Read moreExcellent food, service and atmosphere! My girlfriend and I have been ordering delivery service from Ming Palace for about a year and we love their food! They have become our go-to when we are in the mood for Chinese food. We decided to actually visit the restaurant and dine in for dinner. We ordered the basic family dinner meal that included 2 appetizers (we opted for egg rolls & dumplings), 2 entrees (we opted for orange chicken & chicken chow mein), and a large service of rice (we chose chicken friend rice). The food was delicious and amazing. It always is! The location of the restaurant is in sort of a sketchy looking shopping center. The restaurant itself is actually located a couple doors down from a liquor store so I'm wondering if that what gives that area a sketchy vibe. The front of the restaurant was kept clean and free from any debris or trash. When we entered the restaurant we were actually very surprised with how clean, organized and cozy the inside was! This place is amazing and we love their food. Definitely...
