Señor Alberto — Restaurant in California

Yesterday May 20, 2019, around 11:03 pm I went to buy a burrito at Senor Alberto Mexican Food in Rosemead. I ordered a burrito de Asada. I turned around to get some condiments but one of the ladies was walking with the burrito saying was ready. I finished in grabbing my condiments and left with the burrito to eat. I eat the burrito but today around 6 am I started lots of stomach pain and I went to bathroom and released diarrhea. Then again around 7:15 am I had to go to bathroom and lots diarrhea. I called restaurant to let them know and the woman who answered says she will talk to owner and to call back. Again I had to go bathroom and do more diarrhea. I spoke with a chef friend whom told me that they can not have food cold for over 2 hours and they must thrown it because the city is very struck about. He told me that el sr Alberto Mexican Food people have me old food and that's why the symptoms. I stalked again spoke with same lady saying she spoke with owner and wants me to return the burrito? What! What's wrong with him or her. Oh course I eat it and that's why symptoms developed. Well I asked to give me another burrito and I don't want my money back. She says that they need burrito and the receipt. I told her I may not have it. I found the receipt and I called and I told her but she insist to bring the burrito with the receipt but needs to Tal to owner. That's ridiculous as of now if this I am having stomach upset and I need to go restroom. I am so disappointed that because I been buying lots of burritos at this place and was my favorite in the area. But apparently the owner and employee are struggling to keep a restaurant open and not sure if pays well employees but they are stupid because if this diarrhea doesn't stop I will go doctor and I will have to possibly file a claim against restaurant owner and report them to the health department and they will get in trouble. I already call my bank and visa will contact them to refund my money but if this diarrhea doesn't stop perhaps I may look to file a claim. People don't buy food from this restaurant until they do the right think and by apologizing to me for thinking the I am cheating them for food. There hundreds of restaurants where I can buy burritos but unfortunately they prepared one where the meat or something was bad. I am not going back there anymore and I ask you don't go either. Thanks additional review for date 10-28-2019. I been going and this little short lady cashier has attitude. She should be happy she has a job. Since she started working there she keeps the condiments low or empty. Today she did not have salt and when you ask for chips or bag she don’t event want to give to you. Sr Alberto your business is going to go down with bad employees that has attitude. You may need to coach her or release her. I think she doesn’t like your company...

5/1/25 Food quality used to be Good 2 years Ago .As today I went through Drive-thru waited 10 min just so lady can ask can I help You . I told her what I wanted then no response so I wait 5 min more no response 5 min later she's like can I help u I'm like yeah I just told u 2 burritos then no answer again . So I pull up to window No one comes to help me I call restaurant lady answered hung up on me .so I'm waiting another car pulls up behind me so now she comes to the window like can I help u why now because u need to get this car out behind me she's like you where yelling never once did I raise my voice this lady has always had a bad attitude horrible Customer service so she made me go around back around again to order at this point I don't even want to order anymore but my kids where hungry .This type of person does not need to be working there .......Got my food and I'm so disappointed food was...

I ALMOST DIED!!! I had ordered a fish taco to go. They took a little longer then usual orders. When I received my order, the size of the food was different from previous orders. I got home and opened the white carton that contained the single fish taco. I took 2 bites and the felt something stabbing my inner canals of my mouth. To my surprise, I discovered that there was a LARGE WOODEN SKEWER IN THE FISH. I started to breathe heavily and then got furious. I question were they trying to kill me or did they neglect to take out this pointy wooden stick from this deeply fried fish. This place really disappointed me and I hope to caution people to look at their foods before...
