Sierra Taphouse & Pizza — Restaurant in California

This is by far the best pizza in the greater Placerville/Camino/Pollock area, and honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We had them for the first time a few weeks ago and just went back for our second visit. You can tell the dough and sauce are made from scratch. The crust is amazing and it perfectly complements the delicious sauce.

The pizzas always turn out perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crisp on the toppings. This time around we had the Spicy Hawaiian and it was out of this world. Loaded with toppings and an awesome combo of sweet and spicy.

On this visit we also sampled some of their in-house beers. The Blizzard IPA was especially good, as was the ultra-crisp and refreshing lager.

My only regret is not discovering this place sooner. Sierra Taphouse and Pizza is the only place we'll be getting pizza from...

Everything overall was amazing!!! Hardly any wait time for 2 large pizzas and wings. Everything came out at the same time so it was still hot. You can truly taste the quality in all the ingredients. Service was great, super kind staff and they asked for a true review. Most pizza places sort of just launch a pie at you, but this place showed the care its food. Wings had color underneath the Buffalo sauce showing that it was fried properly and the actual sauce was a perfect combo of spice and the tartness we all know and love. Ranch, regardless of house made or not tasted fresh and overall ranch? Lol it was good. Keep doing what you're doing, great experience. Tad bit expensive considering it was around $70 for 5 people, but hey it didn't...

The pizza was so good today, we arrived before they opened and staff were amazing, they started making our pizzas before they opened. The pizza was so good, the thickness of the crust was great, the sauce to cheese ratio was excellent! Sadly I didnt take any photos of the amazing pizza, but it was GREAT! The pizzas came out fast too! They were well cooked, and crispy!! Very clean restaurant, and really good food. You can tell they keep up with cleanliness and the quality of their food! If I were near the area, I would go regularly, but sadly I am about 2:30 hrs away. You can definitely tell it was made in-house. 5/5...
