I'd love to give this place a higher grade...but doing so wouldn't be informative. This is a new location. I'm not sure if they are directly connected to the Game Room next door or not, but all the signage points to outdoor seating. The weather was pleasant, so this wasn't the problem. The biggest issue that staff weren't really aware of customers. There is a bell next to the order window they seem to rely very heavily upon to be notified of new customers. The problem is that the bell isn't that obvious. There is clear text on it saying to "Ring for Service"...but, it looks more like decoration if you aren't paying attention. There was random project items left in full view...but obviously not being actively used. (Paint tray, brushes, paint, sand bag, shovel, etc.) It makes one wonder how well things are being run in the back. The two staff members I saw were a little frumpy. It was minor, but a slight improvement in this area would make the establishment look far more professional. Because it wasn't clear if the two businesses were related, it wasn't readily apparent whether there was indoor seating, a restroom, etc. The Game Room or the place next to it had multiple hanging planters. This beautified the area, but the irrigation tubing needs some policing. There are multiple dripper heads hanging at head level and dripping on the walkway and the end is similarly hanging free. Some of these need hanging planters or plugged and the end needs to be tied up. They are working in a terrible location...maybe worse than their previous one. They aren't really visible from the road and this means far less traffic than they would have in a prime location. I feel for them and really wish them the best. Here are my suggestions: 1) Set up a sensor that automatically alerts staff to customers entering area. 2) Provide staff with company uniforms and require a certain level of grooming. 3) Make larger portions for the desserts. 4) Keep project supplies out of sight. 5) Tie up and plug dripper tubing.

Very disappointed. Today we went to have some ice cream. Their posted menu had no prices and the person working the window (who was admittedly new) was not able to answer simple questions correctly. It was a very frustrating experience. I don't understand a business that refuses to post their prices so you have to ask the price for EVERYTHING and the only way she can get the prices by ringing it up on the register! The website's prices are not accurate - neither is their announcement that ice cream is half price between 12-3pm. They even had a giant poster on the wall that said the same! We were there at 1pm, but when we tried to get the sale price they claimed they just changed the hours to 2 to 4pm and they refused to honor their own sign. WTH. After claiming they had no control over the website, they went on to say the manager had been notified and they were going to take care of the discrepancies on the website. The ice cream was okay but nothing special. $3.50 a scoop was reasonable. My husband ordered their peanut butter cup ice cream and was told that that would be $9 because it was a sundae. It was chocolate ice cream with chunks of peanut butter cup, fudge caramel and walnuts. He was expecting a sundae but all he got was a scoop of peanut butter cup ice cream. absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

The most amazing sandwhich 5oz oz. Of just meat to start plus whatever else you want. Milkshakes absolutely to 🧡die🧡 for banana splits fresh cookies and homemade fresh soups now back for the cold season this is my absolute favorite place. This was my pumpkin spice milkshake with coffee ice cream it was perfect not to much spice. The sandwhich specials are always changing I couldn't pick a favorite. Huckleberry icecream is definitely a favorite!!!!

50$ for three sandwiches to get almost completely raw bacon on our falling apart sandwiches, after waiting for at least 25 minutes in 100 degree weather. What in the world. 🫣 Definitely the worst place we've ever been to. Also, you do what you gotta do, but the sandwiches were wrapped in blue scotch tape 😅 also, be advised. The sitting area is outside with no fans. Just In case you are going with any elderly or kiddos.

Edit: my apologies: We weren't aware there was any inside seating. Thank you to...
