Subway — Restaurant in California

Downgrading my review. Not sure what has happened with ownership/staffing at this location. Use to be excellent, now one of the worst I have ever had. Should have just left. Stopped in to get 3 sandwiches. There were two guys working, hopefully they were just high as kites if not they should not be out without supervision. One guy just played music from his phone while the other struggled to remember my request from 3 seconds earlier. Took forever, multiple comments how they didn't really care if they were out of something because they only worked there and they needed to go because it was almost 5pm. The music guy thought it was particularly funny to mess up the cash out on purpose. Good thing this was a test run for multiple business orders I have coming up. Clearly that money will be going somewhere else. Plenty of people want business, this does not...

This place has changed over time. It is difficult to park here. my last visit in November 2021 was prolematic. I ordered ahead as usual. when I arrived well after the time the order was promised. they had no even started the order. they had a long line and 1 person working the noon rush. I asked the person to just process a credit on my order.

I indicated my dissatisfactoion on the email survey sent to me by the subway app. The owner responded. he indicated he would process a refund and asked me for my account information. I gave it to him, but he failed to process the refund.

I was prompted to write this review after eceiving another email from him apologizing for my bad experience bu still does not seem to think refunding my order is important.

This Subway Shop never disappoints me. I’ve been going here for the past 5 years. Whenever I need a quick pick me up I pick this specific location. The staff here is extremely nice and helpful and always seem happy. The location is perfect. Right next to a gym, so after my workout I’ll stop by at Subway for a quick sandwich.

The bathrooms here are very clean and looks like they are always taken care of and cleaned. The counter and the looking glass are always clean and tidy. The workers are always wearing gloves and I haven’t seen any nasty moment. The seating place is nice and roomy. There are only a few tables but this place is rarely crowded.
