I visited this Taco Bell establishment located on sepulveda and right on the corner of vernmont. The shift manager older Hispanic male who is ruining the night shifts is ruining the customer experience on every level I had the worst experience today I ordered a mobile order and then when I got there I also placed another small order which was just nacho fries when bringing some issues to the attention of the staff and shift manager that were wrong with my order that could easily be corrected rather than be professional and following "L.A.S.T" He proceeded to get aggressive hostile and very unprofessional with me while making me feel like a problem a burden and treating me with such disrespect in his tone, his looks and his actions towards me. Which as you can see I am deeply upset and bothered by this whole incident which is why I've taken the time to sit down and discuss the areas of opportunity here and there are many but to get to the point you can not have people leading the business like this if he is not willing to correct sincerely his behavior and his lack of passion for customers hospitality industry and everything in general I would cut my losses and get somebody who wants to do the job can do the job and is happy to do the job and treats my customers correctly and runs the business correctly so here's my experience. My sauces weren't correct my food was cold my burritos were marked in correctly and not correct when visiting the restroom to do a simple hand wash before I was going to originally sit down and dine in I opened the door there was water until the paper all over the floor no hand soap the toilet itself was clogged and full of fecal matter the restroom had an odor I was not able to successfully wash my hands with there being no hand soap after my hands being wet I left the restroom brought this attention to Stephanie the new girl on register who seemed frightened to work and such a hostile environment of the shift manager that you guys have running the shift this evening going back to my inaccuracy of my order when bringing to his attention that on the mobile app I ordered specifically and showed him on the receipt a set amount of fire sauce and a set amount of mild sauce when looking in the bag I noticed I had about four packets of fire and then I had two random packets of hot sauce which I did not order easily bringing this attention is when he really took things overboard went to the extreme raced his tone and said I will pay for the hot sauce and I said okay this is going too far I would recommend calling me down because it's unnecessary it's on the order of what I ordered and when I'm checking my order knowing his job primarily is to triple check the order I'm bringing to your attention the issue and you are going out of your way to make me feel like an issue for bringing it to your attention I said tell me what you're going to pay for my sauce packets that you failed to double check triple sec were in the bag and we're correct is beyond me this action alone was so beyond professional this is beyond coaching at this point this to me is where I would get HR involved because you're really really affecting so many areas by this type of person running your business and being the shift manager in charge of the evenings to treat your paying customers loyalty members reward members I'm ordering on the app and I ordered more when I came to the store to create that type of experience was horrifying absolutely not wanting to make my nacho fries telling me that we cook them every 15 minutes aggressively grabbing my bag and slamming it into the trash can and then when the New order does come up insinuating that I somehow have the nacho cheese when you took the entire bag and slammed it in the trash I just had to cut my entire long detailed written not experience short because there is a character limit on here unfortunately but that is how bad my experience was overall that you...
Read moreTaco Bell, the fast-food guilty pleasure that somehow keeps pulling me back in despite my best intentions. Every time I indulge in the cravings and step through those familiar doors, I tell myself it's the last time – yet, like clockwork, I find myself returning.
There's something about the allure of Taco Bell that's hard to resist. Perhaps it's the unique and often quirky combinations they manage to concoct with their ingredients, or maybe it's the nostalgic appeal of those late-night drive-thru runs. Whatever it is, it has an undeniable hold on me.
While my internal monologue insists I explore healthier options or more authentic Mexican cuisine, there's a strange comfort in the predictability of Taco Bell. The menu, though occasionally revamped, maintains its familiar core items that I've come to know and strangely love.
The allure may also lie in the affordability of the offerings. Taco Bell's ability to provide a quick, budget-friendly fix for my cravings is both a blessing and a curse. It's hard to argue with the value for money, even if my conscience occasionally whispers about the nutritional choices I'm making.
Despite my inner struggles and self-imposed bans, Taco Bell manages to win me over time and time again. The convenience, the inexplicable charm of their menu, and the undeniable satisfaction of biting into a Crunchwrap Supreme all contribute to my ongoing, if reluctant, patronage.
In the end, Taco Bell remains a guilty pleasure that I can't seem to quit. It's a testament to the fast-food giant's unique appeal and staying power. So, until my next internal struggle between self-discipline and the undeniable allure of Taco Bell, I'll likely find myself back in line, ready to once again succumb to the guilty pleasure that keeps...
Read moreI was late getting home from work on 06/20/2016. If you remember we were in the midst of a heat wave and I didn't want to cook. This Taco Bell is a block from where I live. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and two meximelts with chicken. The next morning I woke up very ill, nausea wasn't the worst of it. I hadn't eaten Taco Bell in years. I will never again. Has their food been processed so much that a human digestive system can't process. Needless to say, my appetite returned almost a week later after severe bloating, regurgitating stomach acid all day long. Stay away from this Taco Bell if not all. I've heard of Taco Bell's food doing this to many people. I completely now believe every word of...
