Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

We have never really had good service here but it's the only taco bell in our town. But tonight took the cake. My son ordered 3 dorito tacos with just meat and cheese. They handed him 3 soft tacos so we told then the order was wrong. Then round two they were dorito tacos but there was barley any meat and cheese in them. So we asked them if they can add more to the tacos. The girl took them and started laughing with the shift leader women and then threw them away. They came up to us and asked what did we just want cheese. I told them no I want tacos that have meat in them. That's when they got a attitude with us. I asked for the district's name and number and they started laughing at me and it escalated to them yelling at me as I was walking out the door in Spanish. All because I wanted my sons order to be made correctly and asked for the district's manager number. We will NEVER...

So today I went to the drive-through to order my food. once I got to the window to pay they claimed that the card did not go through so they requested the card again after a couple of minutes they claimed that that the Internet is down and if I had cash with me which I did not. So I decided to park in their parking lot area with no food to see if they charged through my bank And, surprise, it did. I went back inside and showed them the screen of my bank account that it went through. They gave my food, but to double check, I looked thru my order and still missing a couple of tacos. They handed the rest of the tacos after informing them, very irritated at this point. so this place has a history of having problems every once in a while because I lived here most of my life. This may be the last time I ever order...

If I could give it no stars I would. Worst taco bell on the central coast. They looked short staffed. The garbage was over flowing onto the floor. No clean tables. The bathrooms were nasty and both had no tissue. The service was like I was bothering them, even more when I asked for no tomatoes on my chalupa because I am allergic, and it came with them. He acted like I was being picky and it was such a chore to fix it. My son got the same thing and the chalupa bread was hard as a rock. Now some would say, maybe it's just a bad day.... well I would but this is not the first time that this has happen. I will avoid this taco bell at all costs from hear on out . Or hire me, I will run that place like a 4...
