Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in California

The first two times I was here I received abysmal customer service. The first time, there was no one at the register, and I had to wait until the girl came back from the bathroom. That's fine, it's permissible to use the bathroom, but she had an attitude when she came back. Very abrupt.

The second time I went there, there was a guy who was even worse, and told me that they didn't have any coffee because the coffee machine was broken or something. Ironic, since the place is called "Starbucks Coffee." He was already looking down at his phone when I first arrived, and seemed annoyed that I was even there in the first place.

He didn't offer me any alternatives, such as an Americano or another prepared coffee drink. He was very rude and he doesn't belong in customer service in any facet. Avoid this Starbucks and just go to the one...
