So after being helped through the window during normal business hours we were ignored because we were not in a vehicle and sat at the window knocking for about 20-30 minutes and then after the employees acted like they didn't see us we had two mobile orders placed all we were trying to do is receive our food and now they come to the window and tell us some old lame probably not true statement about they don't serve people through the window without a car something like that but we've been there three out of the last 7 days and they served us just fine the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and acted like we didn't even exist and I guess the chef was the one appointed to come talk to us and he was also extremely rude and shut the window in our face and all we wanted was our food that we paid for and because we didn't have a car I believe that is discrimination and a hell of a lawsuit if someone doesn't do something about this cuz I feel extremely disrespected and degraded and singled out a very angry customer never to eat Taco Bell again because of the way I was treated and I will tell everyone in my very large Network and social network of friends and...
Read moreThe food i mean it’s Taco Bell so it’s as best as you’ll get but my biggest problem with this location is you HAVE to use the kiosk if you’re ordering inside, which is extremely annoying especially when if I have cash I still have to go to the front and now I’m waiting 5+ minutes just to PAY for my food plus the other 5+ min to get my food. If you’re going to make you’re customers use the kiosk at least you can do is be ready when we’re ready to pay. On top of that I went there the other night to get a take out order & both online and on the doors itself! It says they close lobby at 10pm it wasn’t even quite 9:30 yet and doors were locked and you can see the chairs on top of the table so you know they started closing up probaly around 9:00, since when are places allowed to close an hour early without even a note or anything w a reason why 😂 To summarize it you will get the worst service here! 🤷🏼♀️ 20$ an hour and I’m waiting 10 minutes JUST TO PAY. Listen, I know Taco Bell isn’t a five-star steakhouse, but today, they delivered a Michelin-star-worthy fast food experience. I rolled up in my loud-ass car, sounding like a jet engine in a tin can, probably scaring the chalupas right off the grill. Despite that, the crew stayed professional, didn’t flinch, and took my overly complicated order like seasoned pros.
Extra this, none of that, swap this for that—and guess what? They nailed it. Not only was my order correct (which, let’s be real, is rare in fast food), but everything was hot, fresh, and exactly how my picky, burrito-loving heart desired. The employees deserve a raise, a trophy, and maybe a lifetime supply of Baja Blast for pulling it off.
