They have goofed up the order at this loc too many times. Not returning. If you order more than 3 or 4 items beware they hand you a bag and close the window. Read moreThey will screw up the order at the drive-thru. Just be careful when ordering and pay attention to what's on the screen and verify what's on the screen. I wasn't paying attention to what was on the screen and the order was repeated to me correctly but I realized later that there was a miscommunication that caused an error with my order. The staff here is pretty friendly and they are pretty fast but I would say because of the accuracy you have to make sure that you pay attention to what you're ordering and make sure that they have received your order correctly. They will prepare the order according to what they have heard from you. Therefore you have to make sure that the translation was correct.
Review update I contacted Taco Bell to let them know about the translation mistake and they fixed it by making a correct. I went back and picked up the correct items that were incorrect and there was no hassles. Change my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. Hard to give five stars because of the translation error. Read moreBoth experiences at this location were not only unprofessional but disappointing About a month ago I ordered for self pick-up not only is the lobby closed due to staffing which I can understand how I was treated picking up my order in the drive thru was unacceptable the clerk had me circle around twice through the drive though then proceeded to tell me to call ahead so that way they could bag my order despite them marking it ready for pickup (I waited until this was done before heading to the restaurant)
And then this afternoon I went through the drive through again (lobby is closed) and had to correct the clerk several times at the speaker. Usually no big deal hearing through speakers can be rough.
