I love açaí bowls. It’s the only place close to home that sell it. The food is awesome. If you are coming to this place prepare yourself, there’s no one at the door, they are always busy inside the kitchen. Also, bring your card, don’t make the same mistake as I did. Or order Doordash pick up. This is the second time that I go to this place. The first time I went, I did my order straight to the Kiosk, but at the end they don’t give you the option to pay with cash. So I had to re do it again. My suggestion is that the Kiosk has to have an option to do the order and then do the payment in cash with the cashier.

I’ve been to about 4 different VitalityBowls across the Bay Area. This one is the worst I’ve been to. The employees aren’t very friendly. In addition they really don’t fill there bowls to the top. I’ve tried this location about 4 times to try to see if I have a positive experience but every time my bowl is filled a quarter of the way with acai and then the toppings barely put the bowl half way full. A lot of other vitality bowls put as much into the bowl as possible. If your paying $12 for a acai bowl it should be topped off in my opinion.

My bf and I love vitality bowls and we usually went to the one in Vacaville. When we moved, we were so happy there was one near us. Gotta love how we waited 40 minutes for our bowls that we called in ahead of time only to find out it was waiting for us in the fridge. On top of that, they didn’t even fill the bowl up all the way. They only filled up the vitality bowl and not the superfood one?? P.S I just tried the superfood bowl and it tasted like rotten bananas. I had to throw away the entire bowl. Waste of money

I'VE ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE ABOUT 4 TIMES NOW. TODAY I DECIDED TO PICK UP MY ORDER INSTEAD OF USING DOOR DASH TO DELIVER. I GOT MY FOOD AND CAME BACK TO WORK AND REALIZED THEY FORGOT MY ROASTED TURKEY ON MY SALAD. I WAS UPSET BECAUSE I WAS VERY HUNGRY AND REALLY WANTED MY PROTEIN. I CONTACTED THERE LOCATION AND THEY WERE QUICK TO GIVE ME A REFUND OR COMPENSATE FOR MY NEXT ORDER. EVEN BETTER SINCE I WORKED 10 MIN AWAY, MY ROASTED TURKEY WAS BROUGHT TO ME TO ENJOY MY SALAD AND I'M SO THANKFUL AND EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW THEY HANDLE THERE CUSTOMER'S WHEN THERE IS A...

My son was really excited to try a vitality bowl. We waited about ten minutes before we were greeted. We then stated we needed help. She supported us for ten seconds before heading back into the cooking area. At first, I thought she was alone but there were two other employees. When she tried to help, she got frustrated by a simple request which ended up costing us $8 for a simple apple juice. When we did receive our order nearly a half an hour later our Acai bowls were good, the smoothie was bland, and the apple juice was expensive. I had hoped for a good experience, but we...
