I was visiting this store tonight February 10, 2024 and I must say from the bottom of my heart that I got THE WORST SERVICE that I have received in a restaurant in a long time, I couldn't get her name but to my surprise she is the manager of the store, a young woman with a quite serious face and angry expressions that makes her seem upset because she has to work there or because she had to accept me as a customer, either way I think the manager position IS NOT FOR HER AT ALL. When I asked her how long I would have to wait for my order she said: “However long it will take, I told you it would take several minutes” and then I said: “But I would like to know if it will be a few minutes or many minutes” to which she responded. : “If you have a problem, leave an online review” hahahaha evidently she as a manager only has the badge on her shirt and the person who chose her should evaluate if she qualifies to be leading a work team because when she responded to me in such a way rudely all the employees of the store who were also busy in their activities looked at me and smiling like telling me with their eyes that they have to endure this every day from “Their manager” at the end one of the employees gave me my order and When he gave it to me he said: “I'm sorry” I guess he was referring to how rude this supposed manager was and I responded, don't worry, I'm the one who's sorry because you have to put up with her just because she has a badge that says MANAGER! Unfortunately, ANYONE can currently get a leadership position without having ANYTHING that qualifies...
Read moreI am writing to report an extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service experience that occurred at your location on 11/11 around 12 - 12:30 The employee who took and processed our order exhibited a consistently rude and dismissive demeanor throughout the entire transaction. This poor behavior was not only directed at me but was also witnessed by my young children, which reflects poorly on the environment your company maintains. The service issues began with the required sauces. Our order, which included items that come with ranch, was placed but did not include any ranch packets in the bag. When I pointed this out and requested the missing ranch, the employee then attempted to charge me for "extra" packets, despite the fact that the included sauce had not been provided. This demonstrated either poor product knowledge or an attempt to overcharge. The lack of basic courtesy continued when the ranch was finally retrieved. While my hands were clearly ready to accept the items, the employee deliberately placed the packets down on the counter and stepped back, avoiding direct interaction. This passive-aggressive behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional, concluding what was already a very negative experience. A fast-food environment should maintain a basic level of courtesy and efficiency. Having employees who are visibly rude and unprofessional detracts significantly from the brand experience. Read moreI don't know who the male with the longer hair is but he sucks. He has an attitude. He got me daughters order wrong which was a medium cup. He gave her a small scooper l chocolate frosty instead. I don't even know how you get those two things wrong. My poor sweet soft spoken daughter said it's fine but it's not. I ordered my two sons food who weren't present and myself a 10 piece chicken. I didn't even get my chicken. I work in the food service industry and I've already taken it home at this point and it's been way too far that I'm not going to take it back and make a big deal out of it but this is ridiculous taking money and not giving the exact orders...
