Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in California

This location is slow service is BAD. My daughter and I stopped on our way home from Modesto for Milkshakes. There was only one work truck ahead of us. Who had already ordered and had pulled forward to the window.The attendant did not say "be right with you" or anything at all untill she had finished with the work truck. Had to repeat our order 3 times for two milkshakes. When I pulled forward I handed the employee my debit card she swiped it. Then dramatically said ( window was closed) " oh yeah I forgot" then walked off with my card across the store.I could barely see her felt strange. Then she started to head to the back of the store ,out of site, with my card in hand. I loudly said what seems to be the problem? She reluctantly and slowly returned to the window. The employee then told me she forgot to put paper in the machine. and she needed my pin number to process my payment or Icould come inside. I said I went thru the drive thru for a reason and I have never had anyone ask for my pin number. Employee said oh well. Had to ask for my card back. Absolutely Ridiculous. Also only one size shakes at $5 plus each ...total was almost $11 for two milkshakes and a headache. Do yourself a favor avoid this establishment you will be better off you did.....go to Wendy's, Carl's Jr or Jack n the Box or another Wienerschnitzel. Stay clear of this one scammers are working here at...

Worst 30 minutes of my life I could of got better food and service from some where else they " took my order" 2 times without taking my order 1st at the speaker then when I get to the window they take it again then a 3rd person comes up and takes it for a 3rd time the line is getting backed up and they're steady making everyone else's food so I offer to park aside so other people can get their food and move on when they finally bring it out something told me to check and 9f course missing items and the items I had were so poorly made a lg chilli fry cost $7.50 and it was all fries with a touch of chili their fries aren't that great to begin but the chilli made me and family want them often that day, the whole awful customer experience would have been worth it if they would have prepped the food better than what we received I seriously after all that just wanted to give them back that sorry ... food get my money back and go to another location for the same items. It was a nightmare coming to this location a ton of drama with the employees and people walking up to back door ordering food since dinning room is closed. 5 cars left without ordering because of the wait to place order then once order placed took even longer to recieve order. Other people honking horn and yelling @ staff equipment according to staff not working well to take orders and my total wait time from before order and picked up order was approximately 45 mintues and that was way to long and still was missing items in my order and food was cold this business actually needs to have a over haul big time starting with franchise owner and down the line to the person gosping to a car instead of taking care of their customers ice cream machine down for days not being fixed its a bad restaurant. Will say it again entire business needs revamping of its employess...
