From the outside this looks like a very nice motel. Unfortunately that is not the case. I checked in, the person was new, very nice friendly. Too 45 min to an hour to check in. I unfortunately did not check out the room. I towed my car through the Desert and it was very dirty. I need to pick up some of the supplies and get my car washed. It was probably a couple hours at least before I actually checked into the room. As I enter the room the first thing I notice is that there's a big mirror that should be hanging on the wall that's laying on the floor. The bed while was made it was obvious not completely made. TV refrigerator everything was unplugged. I reach down to plug the items in and noticed there's no cover on the electrical outlet. Looking around the rooms I noticed that none of the outlets a plug-in covers. I proceed to plug in the TV into my surprise it comes on but what is on is a porn movie. I grabbed the remote try to change the station but it will not change. Call the front desk let them know and they said they'd send a maintenance guy out to fix the problem. The more I look around at his side this is not the place I want to be and I let them know that I won't be here for two nights not even one that I'm out of here. I'm informed of the policy that I've been there too long I checked into three hours ago and I'm just now complaining that I would be charge for at least one night but they would upgrade me to their more expensive elite room. I'm not happy but I go check out the other room and it really is many better the only differences the bed is made up. I'm tired decide not to argue and fight about it then I would do the one night and MoveOn. I close the door and what do I see a piece of toilet paper plug in the door where you look to see who's knocking at your door. I look up and there is a sock over the...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I stayed there over the weekend. Room was okay for the $$. But I think 1/2 of this is low-income housing folks who are up all hours of the night.
First off was there were no towels in the room. Their drier had broken, so I understand that. My husband went to a room that had not been used and took their towels. Then we find out the 3 pillows we had, none had pillowcases. So we had to hunt down housekeeping AGAIN, and had to wait quite a while to get them.
Then I folded the blanket and top sheet down and found a large "brown stain" on the blanket that could be anything...from oil to feces. We had been camping for a week and were exhausted, so we threw that on the floor and used our sleeping bags.
The worst was getting ready to lay down and seeing they made the bed but DID NOT change the sheets from the last people who slept in it!!! That was the final straw. If it was not so late at night and us being beyond exhausted we would have left. We called and complained and they offered to come and change the sheets, but since we had our camping gear, we just used the sleeping bags and our own pillows.
Finally falling asleep, at midnight the front desk worker knocked on our door, stating that the room was labeled as "vacant". So after she woke us and realized they made a mistake, she left. 1 am our phone rings 2x and they hang up. By now we are wide awake. In the meantime, people are coming and going and the noise they are making was loud.
Then 2 am a Maintenance man knocks on the door next door. 2 am!! And when they did not answer, he stood outside our door laughing and talking on his cell phone.
WORST experience ever!!!! Do not go there!!! No amount of money is worth a...
Read moreOk so last time I posted , I mentioned how the rooms were pretty bad. That we stayed 3 days an called front desk day in and day out an it was 1 excuse after another and they never called us to let us change rooms or inform us that they cldnt fix it. We've stayed a few more times since then an the rooms are better, towels aren't completely stained or smell of strong detergent. Ceiling fans are covered for the most part. And we found out they have a laundry room.. although 1 machine each, but still on site laundry is why we stay. Our major complaint is a stay where we payed 3nights for a king size bed. Big room an bathroom was one of the better ones. But the next night we had bees show up an didn't know how they got in. My husband is extremely allergic, so we couldn't stay there and the only room available was a tiny room that had like a twin size bed. We couldnt share the bed comfortably an he ended up sleeping in the car. After much conversation they only gave us a discount of $10 and they didn't want to even honor that and the new room had an extremely strong cigarette smell. If we payed for 3 nights in a king size bed, we should at least get the same size room once available or a discount on the other two nights in the smallest room. The front desk has a few employee that are polite an actually care about customer service. But most act like we are bothering them if we need anything. If it wasn't for the location an laundry room, we probably wouldn't be willing to pay the raised prices...
