WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

We ordered a medium Western bacon cheese burger meal with extra season salt on the fries, and a triple classic cheeseburger meal... They did not read back our order & said 'ok, at the window please'. We waited like 10 minutes at the drive thru window, even though there was no one in front of us, & paid over $19. When they gave us our food, we received a triple Western burger, medium fries, & medium soda. That's it. So we went back to the drive thru window and this time had to wait in line, the guy argued with us about what we ordered & said he only charged us for the medium triple Western bacon burger meal, which is NOT WHAT WE ORDERED! He then charged us another $12 for the correct triple burger 'meal'. We pulled to the side & parked. After only 5 minutes (½ the time we waited the first time, when there was no one else in the drive thru) the man comes out with what he said was our order & said, "sorry about that" as he walked away after handing my boyfriend a bag with only a triple classic cheese burger in it... No fries, no drink! So, over $31 for 2 meals, but only got 1 medium meal & 1 triple classic...

New to this side of town, lived in bkfd for about 25 yrs. Originally from L.A, we missed our Tams specials🥰! So happy to have found something similar to them! At Youngs We usually buy their family pack! Great deal, great food, unbeatable price! Love their icecream! Not too sweet! N again good portions. N they offer real choice solutions, 1st place that asked if i wanted the cone in a cup? & they serve it with a cone! Usually feel intimidated asking other snooty place for a cup! Its like i ask for the shirt of their back! Have been at Youngs 3 times, so far all a friendly staff 1 is a bit tempermental, but being a parent which i sense he is a dad, he means well. I have tried other places down the street on airport! These guys are way more reasonable in prices portions, and options. Oh n their chili cheese fries are bomb! Hope to try their chicken terriyaki or beef bowl after reading the reviews!! Only thing i wld wish is for them to start...

Foods pretty good.. kinda like a frosty king or something like that. Absolutely LOVE their dessert menu, shakes, malts, something they call twists which are basically a knock off Mcflurry in my opinion. But the Oreo one taste just like a McFlurry… LOVE IT! Family that owns it has been there for many years and are very considerate and kind to the surrounding neighborhood. They even allowed my family to have a car wash there for a loved one who passed away so we could make the money we needed for the funeral expenses!...
