Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in California

Pizzas are very inconsistent, sometimes even inedible in my opinion (referring to their "hot and ready" advertised pizzas). I'm unsure of why local media is blasted with the 5 dollar price tag for these pizzas, multiple times a day, but they are 6.99 in Bakersfield. "Participating Locations" the ad says, but the ad is obviously purchased on local airtime, so specifically for this market, where the pricing does not exist. I'm pretty sure that's illegal... Anyways, I would expect that they would be a notch above the rest considering the over 25% increase, but the only time I can get a reasonably fresh Pizza here is if I phone order it and wait- just like Domino's (where they're nearly the same price but in a completely different league) or if I come by right between 5-6pm when they're selling them as fast as they can bake them. I've also been stumped with the fashion they cut my pizzas- usually they look like someone cut them blindfolded with an arm tied to their leg.

Please don't get me wrong- I still come here. In honesty, though, it's always a month or more after my last visit just in hope that they've finally realized they needed to return to providing edible food to their customers and have gone back to quality. For the last year (at least) I haven't been enthusiastic to return because it is simply getting worse and worse each time. Even for lunch.

I truly hope they get back to the basics and start being more concerned with quality than dumping a 4-hour old pizza or rock-solid cheese bread on an unexpecting drive-thru 'victim'. I have had so many bad experience here in the past, but it's close and cheap, so we kept going. Won't do that anymore though. The last time, I ordered online, and said I would pick it up in the drive through. After waiting in line for about 20 min, I get up to the window and they can't find my order. She asks when I ordered it, and at that point it was almost an hour later. I showed her the email I got after ordering. First she said that they had made it, then said they didn't. She said they had lost an order, so would have to re-make it. They kept saying re make, but really it was making it in general. She told me I would have to drive around and park in the parking lot, and come inside in about 15 min, cause they weren't allowed to go out and bring it. Whatever. It was already paid for, and a refund would take several days, so I waited. When I went in, I had to wait several minutes while the manager was trying to find this lady's order. The conversation was in Spanish, but the gist of it was he told her the order was for Sunday, and she kept saying no, and showed him the email of her order. They ended up telling her they would have to make it, taking about 15 min. That place needs to get...

Extremely rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful young man tonight. I paid almost $60 for an order that I did for the very 1st time. I always just go to window but this time I wasn't sure how the online order system worked so I sent my son in to get my due to my disability. The young man at the counter turned my son away and said I had to go in. I went in and gave my name and he said which Kelly someone else just came in with the same name. I said yes I sent my son in due to me being disabled and unable to carry everything. He snapped back with where's your code which I had never had to use before so I had no idea what he was talking about. I asked him where I could find it and he said didn't they email it you. The whole time he was pacing around, looking everywhere but at me, and not trying to assist me with finding it while he had his hand on my order sliding it back and forth on the counter. I apologize again and told him I usually go to the window but I wasn't sure how this worked. He wasn't friendly or helpful at all and very rude in his tone. Very disappointed tonight.
