Dean's The Polish & The Taco — Restaurant in Calumet Township

A week ago, I was setting up next door for a repass. When I say I was starving so my sister offered up to buy lunch. I decline because I don't eat meat however the gentleman stated that they have a vegan burger. I was a little iffy because my experience with vegan food are not always on point at certain restaurants. However I decided to give it a try. It was the best vegan burger I ever had in my life. If I live closer, I'll probably go there 2 to three times a week. And when my brother arrived, I had to tell him about this burger (He's Vegan) so he tried it out and he agreed as well. And to top it off, the gentlemen there were very nice and so polite. Thank you guys for putting a smile on my face and most definitely to the Cook. You guys...

One of the worst hotdogs I ever had. Dog not already in a steamer cooking it was put on a grill then microwaved after it was fully dressed. Very ghetto ;onions were not chopped up correctly and outer onion was used also. Less not talk about cross contamination with hadleing money with gloves on ;then touching hotdogs and sink water. Only ate from this place 3 times out of 2 years living in the area.. Prices were too high last year for my liking. 1st time door dashing the order from here due to basically paying 7.50$ per meal-sandwich fries and drink-more reasonable than last year... but didn't get half my order that they claim did not see as the complete order and claim order just come through when I received half the order...hung up on me.. horrible...
