The lady who answered the phone is RUDE!! Idk anything about this restaurant except I saw it on Grubhub and I’m thinking hmmmm this might be fire 🤔 but I called first to ask if I can call in to make modifications to my sandwich after I placed my order on Grubhub. She immediately yells “WE DONT DO GRUBHUB IDK ABOUT GRUBHUB THEYRE TRYING TO SCAM” and hangs up in my face 😳 so of course I call back like “ummmmm excuse me I believe we got disconnected, I don’t know nothing about this restaurant except for it’s on Grubhub, so you say that you don’t operate with them?! So if I place an order there I won’t get it?” like wtf she snap on me for like I’m the one who put the restaurant on Grubhub 🤷🏽‍♀️ I really wanted to try this place too cuz I just KNOW it’s good but man I hadn’t even said a whole Sentence before the lady on the phone hung up in my face. How was I supposed to know?? I wonder how many customers they’ve lost because this lady is so rude about saying they’re not on Grubhub. Maybe if she was nicer about it and actually explained what was going on I would have just drove up there and got my food. Ion even want it no more 🥺

I have only eaten one sandwich from this little shop although I have been told that others are also good. It's just that I don't get here often so when I do I must order the Chester hoagie.
