Hunan Garden — Restaurant in Camarillo

I have ordered take out from this place a couple of times and it was ok. I decided to dine and give them another chance. I placed my order and one item was Crispy Shrimp. She said it was spicy, i told her it was fine. The food all came out at different times. The Shrimp came out about 10 solid minutes after everything else.When I got it, it was breaded and a yellow color and smelled of curry. I tried a little piece and sure enough it was curry and also not spicy at all. It was awful to say the least. My 5 year old loves crispy Shrimp (spicy) he tried this and spit it out.I have had Crispy Shrimp from Peking Inn and it was really good. I was expecting something like that. The owner finally came out about 10 minutes after I told the waiter I was not happy with the shrimp. She said this is what I ordered and basically deal with it, No apology no taking it off my bill nothing. She was so rude. What ever hapend to costumer is always right. I said If I wanted Indian food I would of gone down the walk way and had it. She said we advertise it on the window, Well they do advertise Curry Chicken on the window. I will never dine at this place again and hope after reading this no one else will, Very disappointed, I hope they go out of...

DO NOT GO HERE! The woman who owns this place is so rude! I called just to order some rice and she said you don’t have to call just come in, but I requested that it be ready for when I arrive. She just hung up on me. When I arrived she said “oh you are thebwoman who called?!” in a snide way. Asked me what size I want and when I didn’t know the difference between what she was saying (I thought one size) she rudely went back to go get the boxes when I asked to see. She comes back with what I requested and tells me $3. Then proceeds to yell at me and say “No card! Only cash!” And I said I don’t have cash so she replies “then you can’t buy!”

I get that businesses have a process but they need to be up front and no need to be rude about it. She is an angry Asian woman who is rude! I will never go here again. To make matters worse her space is FILLED with boxes making it look like someones hoarder house…. not a restaurant ready to serve people. I’m sorry, my business will go elsewhere!

Truly the worst restaurant Ive ever been too and the worst service Ive ever received. Extremely unpleasant lady, no greeting and very rude. Dont get me started on the food, might as well drink a bottle of cooking oil. The greasiest and saddest unseasoned chinese food Ive ever had. Did not deserve a tip whatsoever and the lady literally, followed my boyfriend all the way to our car demanding we leave 15% of the tip, she said she was going to charge $5 on my card automatically anyways. that it was their “policy”. I scribbled out the tip part so that she wouldn’t try to charge anything and she still did.
