Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Cambria Township

I'm alway qouted an hour wait time and delivery is 2 hours late, my pizza is always cold and and my wings today we cold, and I'm completely upset with the service I got from them, Personally I believe if pizza is going to be that late and cold, it should be free or taken back refunded their money. honestly this is worst pizza palor I ever been to and I would know I've been all up and down the east coast and south west, this is the worst pizza place ever, if i were you i would take your money go to marlene's pizza, twin rocks pizza or Coy's pizza place, better service and better pizza's and yes they dont deliver but they have better quality of pizza. and thier wings are alot better and they won't be cold. I'm done spending my money they have lost me as a valued customer. yes i say valued because I'm creature of habit I find a place and I stick to that place and make my orders there. so their losin money, good customer and loss of word of mouth considering that's what helps a business or can hurt business. depending if the customer is happy with service which I am not. I have been a long time regular customer and wish I could give them 5 stars. In the interest of being fair I cant do it. If you order while the boss is in you get great food usually and great service. If he's out...well then you end up with puddles of grease dripping through the box, wrong or missed parts of the order, or really rude and late food. We love Barry and big Dan and they are why we have been such faithful customers but you do have times like yesterday when I'm guessing neither was in and the computer wasn't working I was told and the kid tried to make me hang up without a total, then after an hour of no food (I live less than a half mile away) I call back and get told by a girl "I dont know how long it will take, it's not my fault, will work on it" which is not professional in the least. Food showed up an hour and 20 minutes after ordering and the plain breaded chicken wings were burnt and my stromboli was cold and soggy. Placed an order for delivery online. It said my order would be delivered in 45 min. Almost 30 min after I placed my order I received a call from who I believe to be the owner telling me I would need to come pick up my food and that it would over an hour an half for them to deliver. He also told me he had orders that were called in and they are too swamped and I should have called in and not used their online ordering during their lunch hour.
