I would give no stars. The manger for the day needs to keep his mouth in check to people’s children. Go to the parents and talk to them don’t open your mouth to the children. The two male employees thought just because I was a female I would back down guess what I protect my children who have disabilities and I would have taken care of the situation with my children you they had no place to even say anything and when I will never Go to the Aces in Ebensburg and go ahead call the come you male supervisor of the day. This would have turned out differently if he would have come to me instead of acting like he was their parent and that shows me why the store was empty when I walked in there and they sell junk there and never can get what you need and when you do they get you the wrong parts or try to sell you something different they you...

I bought a masonry drill bit, went home, drilled two holes, and the tip broke, and the bit dulled terribly. I took it back to the store, and was told by the manager that I broke the tip off( I'm a professional ) so I know what I'm doing! The manager was rude, and said he wouldn't cover it.
