We are not celiac but we try to avoid gluten as much as possible. At this location they refuse to put the condiments on top of our burgers time and time again if we order our burgers without bread. This saddens us so much as it is our money and Burger King’s motto is still “have it your way”.
If Burger King is “have it your way” then why can we not have our burgers our way without bread and put the condiments “ON TOP” of the burgers?
The packets DO NOT taste the same and it is much more appetizing to have the condiments put on top of our burgers. It’s the way the flavors all blend together when the burgers are warm to make the perfect combination.
I feel discriminated against every time our family orders at Burger King and they refuse to put condiments on our burgers if we order our burgers without bread.
If Burger King is truly “have it your way” and we are paying for our food, why can we not have our burgers our way with condiments “ON TOP” and no bread?
If Burger King doesn’t want to let us have our burgers our way with no bread and condiments “ON TOP” they don’t want our money.
It makes me feel so sad to feel my family is being discriminated against because we choose not...
Read moreA week ago, I got really bad fries and really greasy mozzarella sticks that tasted like they were cooked in dirty old oil. They upset my stomach but I decided to give them one more chance last night. They were even worse. I was in real pain 20 minutes after eating them. It's that dirty old cheap oil they are using. It's just horrible. Take my advice people. If you get fries that aren't clean and bright looking, go right back inside and tell them you want new fries cooked in clean oil. If the mozerella sticks drip with oil each time you take a bite, go right back inside and tell them you want new mozerella sticks properly cooked in clean oil. If you end up in pain 20 minutes after eating fries or mozzarella sticks from this location, you'll know why. In the meantime, I'm reporting them to the...

Initially we get one Coke and the water with ice. We had to ask for the other drinks and the manager gave us one of them and our bag of food and was kind of rude giving us the drink. The cashier opened the window to give the next car their drink and gave us a mean look We had to ask for our 4th drink and she was rude giving us the last drink. However all of the food in the bag was correct and was...
