Using the Taco-Bell app I placed an order at 10:45. I drove to the store to pick up the food. I waited in the parking lot for the food to be made. I go though the drive though at 11:10. The person running the drive though asked if everything was right and it was on the drive though display. The shift supervisor meets me at the window to tell me they couldn't make my food because it was after 11:00 and they no longer serve breakfast. They then offered to make other food at the window. I didn't want other food I wanted my money back. I was told the app has a phone number on it. I haven't found a support number to call on the official taco bell app even the day after. I asked to go into the store to have the shift supervisor show me the number on the app. They couldn't help me get the number for the taco-bell app. I go outside to find the number on the app it could not be found. Go back in after looking for the support number to get a normal support number. I ask for a normal support number and I'm told that I have to find the support number on my phone. I then ask for the food offer at the window they couldn't do that anymore. I ask to speak to the GM she said the same thing that the shift supervisor said to me. This store has lazy supervisors that knew they messed up and refused to give me the normal support number to make an issue report on the store. Worst customer support coming from supervisors. Still trying to...
Read moreThis particular restaurant can't seem to make any of the food correctly. I got a protein bowl, which is freaking expensive fyi, and there was some stuff in it that I couldn't tell what it was. The quality of the ingredients were poor. It tasted off. So I went through the drive thru and got a chicken enchilada burrito and there wad hardly any chicken! It was stuffed full of rice. Rice is okay in a small amount but a lot it nasty. They put too much sauce on it and it was the worst burrito I've ever had. Omg and the cinnamon twists. It's in the name right.....CINNAMON twists. Hence they should have a decent amount of cinnamon on them. I get to the car and look and the twists are pretty much bare. So I go back in, and ask the cashier if I can have a different one, one that actually has cinnamon on it because this one is bare and nasty. Cinnamon twists without any cinnamon are not good. She gives me a confused and weird look, goes over and just picks up a random one (package also seemed to be greasy) and gives it to me. I look at it and I'm like this one looks the same. She said that's how they're supposed to be. How careless and lazy can you be to not put a nice coating of cinnamon on freaking cinnamon twists? Im realizing that the only taco bell that has really good food and actually knows how to make cinnamon twists is the one...
Read moreI love Taco Bell but this new one on Wheeling Ave is a joke. I live 22mins away, stopped by on my way home when I was leaving town. I went threw the drive threw I ordered two soft and two Dorito Loco taco’s. They short changed me which I wasn’t all that upset with because is was only a quarter, then handed me a sealed for my convenience bag. When I got home I have two soft tacos and one regular hard shell taco. Then I had to drive all the way back just for them to give me the correct food. So to summarize short changed, food incorrect and a 22 minute ride home a 22 minute ride back and another 22 minute ride again home just to get my food. No Reimbursement or anything again this place is a joke. I have never heard of such horrible service ever in my life. I would give them zero stars but it doesn’t...
