El Conuco — Restaurant in Camden

This was some of the worst Dominican food I have ever eaten. The pork chop was cooked to death, I could have made it into a leather purse! The habichuelas were non-existent. There were a few half beans floating in a small container of sauce to pour over an enormous container of overcooked, sticky, and bland, rice.

Hands down, one of the worst meals I've ever had (or didn't have, as it was inedible and fed only the trash bin). Needless to say, I will never be ordering...

The food was was tasty but a choking hazard, there were many small bones that one could easily choke on. I had the goat stew! Also nobody speaks proper English there so it's hard to ask anything, I wanted a platter but ended up with a side of rice($3) and a small container of goat stew($15) way too expensive in my opinion! Also everything takes way too long, they give" island time" a whole new meaning...one could arguably starve waiting to be...

I went to eat with my husband and the service was horrible....I asked for a long island ice tea n it tasted like nothing I ever had..so I asked the bar tender to make me another one..after 10 min I still didn't had my drink so I went back to the bar(it was early..so the place was empty) n asked her for my drink she told me she got me after she was done stocking the bar for the night😔😡 food was okay but service which is very important...
