Went to the location on a non busy night… There was a lady at the there’s that was doing paperwork for her to leave her shift. I told her my order which was a meat lovers pizza and also a pepperoni New York style pizza. She didn’t tells me that she’s not logged in so another person will have to take my order. Fine, the lady comes up I tell her my order and handed her my phone with the details of what I want I also added wings while helping her colleague out with paperwork and she told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. So I sat in the car waiting on my order & the employee was nice enough to bring the food to my car. So me then driving back to work when I get back to work and they open the boxes there was no pepperoni on the pizza all cheese. Then I was like no stop playing with me, I know what I order. And behold it was a cheese pizza. So I then proceed to call Papa John’s to let them know mistake they made. Which was a customer service hotline where he transfer me to the store, as I proceeds to let her know what happened she told me no it was cheese I told her no it’s a pepperoni pizza it clearly says pepperoni she said whether that was not what I seen extra cheese. I said no I see on my app it said “add extra cheese but the toppings say pepperoni. She then goes to tell me she has to speak to the manager and then she comes back to the phone and say my manager say we cannot remake that pizza sorry . I then proceeded to tell her you made a mistake why couldn’t you fix it she said no I did not and I said you didn’t confirm the order with me before you placed it or showed me my pizza before I left so there’s something terribly wrong & you didn’t fulfill your job duties. Say yes sir but my manager said we can’t do the refund and we cannot remake it! I then told her I’m on my up there to speak to the manager. When I get there I asked to speak to the manager she comes up to the counter saying sorry we can’t remake and that wasn’t the same thing she saw so now we arguing back and forth until some rude man came up saying give a refund and get out. Left with no pizza….....
Read moreIf there was a zero star, that is what I’d choose. We all know that Papa’s pizza is good- not gourmet but good- but the customer service here was absolutely terrible. I called to put in an order for delivery. I was in town for an event and a guy named “Michael” answered the phone to take my order. He sounded completely high. He repeated my (very simple) 2 pizza order about 5 times very slow and told me the amount it costs about 3 times- 3rd time being a dollar more for delivery. Then tried to get off the phone after saying it’d be there in the requested time. I told him he needed an address- he said he knew where to go. So, I told him we’ll just Incase here is the place I’d like for you to deliver. He said ok and hung up. Never asked the address, never got my number or anything. At the time the pizza was supposed to be there, it wasn’t- big surprise, I called and they had no record of my order. At this point the event we were needing it for was underway and left us with no food as at that point I wouldn’t wait for it. I was offered to let me speak to a manager but again was in the middle of an event so I didn’t but, there are numerous other places to get pizza in Camden and I suggest them all. Read moreNormally the service has been great. I can order a pizza and send my daughter to go pick it up since no one delivers this far out in the country. We live about 30 minutes from the Camden store. We have been doing this for three years. Tonight they decide that they need me to come up to the store and refuse to give our food to my daughter. I call up to request they remake the order so that it is not heat lamp fried by the time we are done with complying with this new BS, and the "manager" female decides that she wants to argue. I repeatedly ask if they will remake the order at the same time telling her I have no problem showing ID but she just maintains her snarky rude tone telling me that I have to show ID.
