So last night 9/30/2024, I placed an order through the app for 3 footlongs and 3 cookies at 6:43 pm. I arrived at the store at 7:00 when my order was supposed to be ready. My stepdaughter went in to get it, well it wasn't ready. We waited 45 freaking minutes!!!! It took them 1 hour to make 3 sandwiches!!! They didn't even bother cooking the cookies until they had made our sandwiches, they told me they couldn't wrap the cookies because they were too hot and would crumble. Nope, they could have sat there all night and still would have fell apart because they were still raw! I get they were busy. They tried to tell me they have no control over online orders. What is there to control? The order is placed and a receipt with said order is printed out. I have already paid for my food and you're gonna make me wait 45 minutes to get it, when the people in the store ordering haven't even paid for theirs yet? I mean they've only been there all of 5 minutes, my order was placed an hour ago! And the thing that really pissed me off is, I order through the app all the time; it is always ready within 15 minutes. They just didn't want to make it. Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE. I walked in and at the door, someone shouted welcome. I stood at the counter which the entire store was empty other than one of the clerk’s family waiting for her. I had to ask to be served because the girl who wasn’t counting tip money decided moving around bread trays (and slowly) without acknowledging me further was proper. Then I find out they don’t have the bread for the advertised sandwich I asked for. So I asked if I could get a similar item at the same price $1 difference. The clerk counting tip money was asked and she stated we’re not supposed to do that. I stated they also weren’t supposed to be out of bread. Her response, “it wasn’t her fault they were out of the bread” and tried to refer me to a whole other location. I then let her know I was not driving to another location, I simply expect some customer service. She tried to state they were providing it when I named off every customer service “don’t “ in the book, practically in my less than 10 min. Debacle. She wanted to argue with me about it so I left. Read moreI stopped going here for a few years, it USED to be a bad place. The people working here were dirty looking, hair all a mess, clothes half tucked in, and just not a good atmosphere. I WAS HERE TODAY, STOPPED IN BECAUSE MY HUSBAND ASKED ME TO. I gladly spent $48.00 on our order. Immediately I noticed a new crew of people working behind the counter, looking very clean and quite professional. Even speaking to them was a different and pleasant experience as opposed to the former people who once worked here. Overall great experience here today at this Subway- not sure if it's a new owner or not, but whatever changes were made, it is definitely a great change.
