Went through the drive through and was immediately told that they did not have change, so it would be cash or card, also they did not have chicken sandwiches. We ordered a 2 piece white meat and 3 piece white meat chicken diners. I tried to order 2 beignets, but was told they didn't have those either. I settled for 4 pies. I guess they forgot to mention that in the opening monologue. We get to the window and everyone inside was on their phones. After waiting about 10 minutes for 4 employees to put our chicken in a box and hand it to us (we were the only car in drive through and no one was inside) we finally get our food and head home. We open the boxes to discover a total of 1 breast, 3 thighs and a leg. We decided to eat it anyway since we were hungry and did not feel like driving back down to get our correct chicken. Once we finish the chicken and start on the pies, we discovered we were gifted with a little present that we didn't ask for. Parchment paper hidden under the cinnamon sugar coating on the bottom of 3 of the 4 pies. I have never been to a restaurant with such an uncaring, incompetent staff. I recommend that everyone in the building is retrained including management, because it is obvious that they do not care. I will not be going back to this location, seems that several people also feel the same way. Hopefully when it closes, they put in something better.
Edited to add: Also the previous 2 times I went here I tried to order blackened chicken strips and was told by the hateful person on the drive through speaker that "blackened is a type of ranch sauce." I have ordered blackened strips at 2 other Popeyes locations not to mention it is clearly...
Read moreI live on Lake Wateree so it's like 24 miles to get to this restaurant to order food. Once we got home we found out the entire order was incorrect. The chicken was cooked so long there was nothing to eat other than bones and crust. So now I'm on my way back to there to have them remake my order. Now doesn't that piece of chicken just look so good? How is anybody supposed to actually eat this? Actually I have been there twice before in the last week and had absolutely no problem. Everything was perfect. Today my mother goes to pick up our food and gets home and it's not even edible. I'm just waiting to see if they're going to pass this food back through the window which is a DHEC violation. No food that has gone to a customer is supposed to be brought back into the restaurant especially through the drive-thru window. For all I know or any of us know they could refuse this food and give it to someone else. That's a horrible thing to think about that may be the food we have is something that someone else returned. Yuck disgusting!

Read moreDO NOT order anything late at night. I ordered at 10:20pm and arrived 20 minutes later expecting to pick up my order only to be met with "we're closed, the kitchen is closed." When I told them I was there to pick up an online order she looks at the order screen, which has my order on it, and states "we don't have any wings." I was then told "you shouldn't even be in here, you should've went through the drive thru. The only reason the door isn't locked is because I don't have a key on me." Long story short, they close down the kitchen an hour before close, their hours state they close at 11:00pm, while there's at least 4 people that I could see working just from standing at the counter. I know it doesn't take an hour to shut down the kitchen especially not with as many people that they had there. All I know is next time I get the feel chicken and it's too late to order from KFC or Bojangles I'll just do without. Also since I ordered on the app, I was unable to cancel the order, had to contact customer support and they say that it'll be 24-48 hours before they can respond via email at that. Since the charge on my card is still pending I can't even dispute it with my bank until it fully processes. I WILL NOT be buying...
