This place is wonderful, most of the crew is an absolute delight to work with. Donuts are always so yummy, donut holes could use a little more glaze. The small hot food selection is good, the tacos are my go to. Overall this place is great and I love visiting with my family! Although I was in yesterday July 4th 2024 and there was a face I hadn't seen before (or maybe hadn't had the pleasure to work with yet) this older lady had no time for anything and definitely no time to take peoples orders. She seem annoyed right from the start and when my 9 year old hadn't found his second donut she rudely asked how many Donuts we were getting. She made me feel so uncomfortable I didn't even order my food part of the order, we just got out of there. I knew it was bad when my child mentioned that the lady was kind of rude when we got to the car.

Super sad to see this. I really love visiting this location. Maybe I'll scope it out and not visit if she is working. A great little donut shop that also has hot and savory items. I wasn't able to try any of the hot items (it might be nice to have some choices that are pork-free or vegetarian) but all of the donuts that I got were uniformly great; light and delicate, with the jelly and Bavarian cream donuts filled to the brim. I would specifically call out the apple fritter and old fashioned donuts that were some of the best of those kinds that I've had in a while.

My family loves the Donut Palace. You can watch them make the donuts, so you know they’re fresh. The donut holes are really light with a glaze - I think of them as little clouds from heaven. This place gets really busy on the weekends, but the employees are very hard workers and take care of the customers efficiently.
