Burger King — Restaurant in Camilla

Consistently the worst BK ever.

Was greeted at the door as I walked in with a man yelling "We ain't got no bacon!" Which was odd considering how the chain of supply works in the fast food business. They have one of the Coke soda fountains with all of the different sodas and flavors, but this one only had diet Coke and seagrams Ginger ale... The machine was completely greyed out otherwise. "That's all we got!" Is what I was told when I asked about it. I stood there and watched the lady making my sausage egg and cheese croissant. She stopped mopping the floor long enough to grab a croissant and sausage with her bare hand and wipe the grease on the back of her pants. She then picked up a egg square off a tray, tore it in half, wiped her hand on her pants again and grabbed a slice of cheese. She tossed it in the microwave and went back to mopping.

We sat down to eat, as another couple of guests walk in the door. They proceeded to order bacon croissants, and asked for drinks I knew were not in the machine. To our surprise, none of this order even served to raise an eyebrow from the man behind the counter, other than to say "I need to get your drinks back here."

Needless to say, our orders were room temperature and hastily thrown together.

I never expect a decent experience from this location, but this last visit was just too much. I will be speaking to both BK corporate and the local...

So me and my family waited in drive through for 10+ mins and then we decided to take us all in. To our surprise the manager was Mia and cook was honest. He didn't know how to run the register, which I was ok with. I was asking him where his manager went and he said idk. So I waited a few mins and low and behold the manager shows up. I start talking to the manager and a employee comes in and starts yelling at me and my family for no reason. I was talking to cook to let him know if he couldn't take the order that was fine. I was trying to order. As I did this a employee showed up in leopard silk pjs and fuzzy slippers, was walking all around in back,no hair net or proper dress to be wandering around where food was being made. As the employee continued to yell at me my husband stepped in to help me get kids to the car. As the said employee walked out to get her phone I took kids and husband to the car. As we were doing this she was steadily yelling and saying I'm calling cops. To which my reply was good so am I. So leave me alone and please get away from my car. In 3 min cops showed up and we were leaving. No one was "having it there way" that night. And I also shook the cooks hand in process and told him sry...

I will never go to this Burger King ever again. I went into the lobby at 10:37 for a simple cup of coffee. I was the only one in the store at that time and no one even came to the cash register to help me. After waiting for several minutes a female employee started yelling saying “ I not going to wait on him” I feel it might be because of my race and then she started yelling at the other employees. As I stood there listening to the yelling several other customers started coming in the facility so the male employee locked the front with everyone in the lobby. I walked up to the person who was locking the door and told him that I wanted out of the store. As I walked out he told me that he was sorry. I understand having a bad day but this was ridiculous and I’m definitely not writing this for free food but someone really needs to do something today about this. Yelling at customers is definitely the most unprofessional thing to do. Not to mention that locking the doors with customers inside is a safety violation. I will make sure that something is done about this, even if I have to go to the Better Business Bureau. I normally don’t say anything but this is...
