This Eatery is by far better than I could’ve imagined. Everything I ordered was incredible. The wingettes/ Drumettes are absolutely-amazingly-delicious. The greens, Yams, and Mac and Cheese are 5 stars. I’ve been told by many that I can cook,and should open up a restaurant, but I can say I finally found a soul food place that I would go to for any soul food I want. Someone has given our area the pallet pleasing food experience we’ve been wanting for so many years. I have to say that I ain't never tasted anything like this soul food in the Youngstown, warren, Campbell area in a restaurant in my life. Finally a place that serves food that tastes like momma used to make, I’m almost worried about leaving this review because it might get too crowded for me to be able to order from my new favorite spot. This ain’t hype, no cap, they can throw down. There was a cook/chef in there who is the bomb-diggity they got skills, organized, kind and professional. The staff is so amazing. If you're looking for soul food yeah this is it. I will be a customer forever! I had a plate that dreams are made of—perfectly seasoned fried chicken with a crispy golden crust, tender and juicy on the inside. The mac and cheese was rich and creamy, exactly how comfort food should be.

The collard greens, cooked with turkey meat, were flavorful and had just the right amount of kick. I also tried the ocean perch—fried to perfection with a delicate, flaky texture that melted in my mouth. The potato salad was cool and creamy, a great balance to the warm, savory dishes, and the cornbread was sweet, moist, and the ideal finishing touch.

Everything was clearly made with love and tradition. Angelina's isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience that feeds your soul....

I am a person who often visits many restaurants. I also worked in food service for over fifteen years. The only thing I would change about this particular eatery is the hospitality as well as time management. I understand things do happen in the midst of a day, but if I am given a time frame when to pick up my order, it should be ready. I tried this particular restaurant on 2 different occasions. Just thought it may be the day but I received the same type of energy and service. I would recommend whoever is working the cash register, it is important to properly know how to work the cash register and how to put in orders when they are given.
