Tavern 26 — Restaurant in Campbell

Food was good had inside outside service. But my waitress was so rude it was unbelievable! We even had a conversation amongst ourselves that she looked like the only one on the floor, although there was only three tables but maybe she was just busy and flustered! ( but she wasn't too busy to jump up and down about horse races that she had won) started with ,she came to our table assumed we were all three getting "the special" which we weren't she got our orders and my mother ordered a drink vodka orange juice and cranberry there was no orange juice no biggie, my father ordered a side salad that he had to repeat three times cuz she acted like she didn't understand what he was saying she may not have since he never received it!!! here's the best part at the end she gave us the other tables bill with about 8 people and said she mistakenly gave them OUR bill so instead of bringing BOTH bills over, the one that they paid and just saying we had to sign their bill for her mistake but still viewing our original bill ( since the salad never came) she giggled said that our bill was more anyways hehe! So we just asked if we could see our bill, no big deal right? Wrong! She walked away mad came back mad slammed money and some change and our bill in front of my mother's face leaned down and said here's the change I owe you!!! Pointing at the charges that i guess werent the same or less since there was change!!she says in my moms face ,I told you the bills weren't that much different!!!! We just grabbed our stuff still put a tip down and we were leaving. as we were out the door and it was swinging closed she yelled byeeee!!!! like good riddens! I never complain and I would never do this publicly swear im not a karen and i worked in service plenty of years! but I sat and wondered how would she feel if I did this to her mother people work hard for their money we shouldn't have been made to feel uncomfortable because of her mistake and next time she feels so overwhelmed maybe she should just let people know that instead of being totally out of control rude like she wanted to fight somebody on our way out!!! so just because of her I will NEVER be back!!! like ever and we planned on making that our new Friday place because the food was good but not if I'm paying for the waitresses mistake and i feel like the waitress will attack u! We meet mostly on fridays with family bigger groups but were trying this place out 1st glad we did because if she treated one of our elderly like that!!! Plus bottom line shes a thief!!! She lied she got mad when we wanted proof and she planned on making us believe the bill we were paying was less I don't care if it was $5 or $500 we wanted to pay for our food and for our service not for the other tables was she pocketed the Change Plus tip to treat us like we were acting greedy when it's just common for anybody that goes out to eat to pay...

Actually haven't been there yet. When I do I'll let you know but I will say this. We don't need another restaurant in that area. We need a convenient store or even a deli and produce shop. Well I've been there and can't really say anything good. Started at the outdoor bar. Barmaid was unfriendly. Asked about the meatloaf special and was ignored. Moved to the inside bar and ordered the meatloaf to go. Now I had seen they're morning TV show interview and saw the meatloaf, it looked great. What I got was one small burnt piece of something that looked like what the neighbors dog leaves in the yard some runny mashed potatoes and corn (Best thing in the meal). Manager gave me a second piece that looked same but I took it home. All I can say is I've had better and I've had worse. Funniest thing is my cat wouldn't eat it 🤣🤣. If you just want to have a neighborhood bar drink I guess they're cool just go inside trust me. Bring your credit card,...

Not trying to bash them, but... I specifically asked when I called them if they would let me get all flats ( I don't like the drums) she said yes.. ok! I get home, my order had 6 flats, 6 drumsticks. I was extremely disappointed because if I had asked and they said no...I would not have spent 28.00 on 12 wings and some loaded cheese fries. It seems everytime I'm tired and starving from an 11 hour shift and i stop there there is an issue. The first few times I went there it was absolutely great, I try not to be over particular of things but when you pay for something ( and they aren't exactly a cheap establishment)...then you expect it to be good. It seems to he hit or miss really. I don't mean anything negative just being honest. Other times I have messaged the restaurant and he made it right the first time but, and offered the 2nd time but honestly I feel bad...
