I rate it 4.5 stars only for the confusion at the time of correctly charging. It's worth noting that this was our first time visiting this chain in PR, although we’ve known it from Orlando for years. We went today, Saturday, during lunch hours and expected to be charged according to the giant sign above the cash registers, indicating that lunch is from 11 AM to 4 PM. Arriving around 1:15 PM, I expected to be charged $15.99 per person for the buffet style. To my surprise, I was charged over $50 for two people, adding two seasonal lemonades, which we knew would cost extra. What didn’t add up was the buffet charge of $20.99, which is the dinner price—a $10 difference. I asked the cashier, and her response was that she never understood the sign and what the register charges. Her confusion began since the type of lemonade we ordered, which was marked differently in the register. I continued to the waitress, who took us to our table. We proceeded to visit the buffet and enjoy the food. When we were finishing, I asked the waitress about the issue, and she said she would check with the manager. When she returned, she said that they changed it, and during this "season," they only serve breakfast and dinner on Saturdays, but sometimes they charge for lunch on Sundays.
Despite all this, the food was very well prepared, catering to local tastes, the service was excellent, the place was kept clean, and the food was replenished frequently.
I would return, but they need to correct the issue of not clearly indicating prices, days, and hours that apply before customers go to pay. Attention to DACO.

Read moreThe food was very good, my observations of our waitress Bianca was that she cared about the clients. I witnessed an elderly man walking with a cane, plate of food, and a desert that was having difficulty walking, other waiters and waitress just walked by him, and she was the only employee that stopped and aided him. So they have what people are looking for. However, I went there with my wife early to avoid being around a crowd. At the time that we arrived we were able to get on line. There is only one door open to the public, and the line loop around to the registers. The line provides 6 feet in front and behind you, but unfortunately the markings do not provide 6 feet from the two side of the line. The line outside the GC also did not have any social distancing. Even worse, waiting to enter the food area does not provide 6 feet, and while waiting on line to get the food, people were standing next to each other. There were no markings on the floor, and everyone was just bunched up. The bottom line was that for high risk individuals, this is taking a big gamble. As good as the food was, I ecpected that they would of had better control of the flow of patrons entering and obtaining their food like sizzles or bonanza. I will not take that type of...
