The food is fine, its kinda hit and miss depending on the day, but for the price you can't really expect much more. We have only tried the buffet so far though. Some days it's good and some days its burnt and dry. The salad bar is good and my boyfriend really likes the meatloaf. We've always wanted to visit Texas, and the people at the Canadian Restaurant make us look forward to going back to the Lone Star State as soon...
