Subway — Restaurant in Candler-McAfee

Extremely rude and unfriendly. I placed an online order and also paid for the order online. When my friend went to pick up the order after it stated it was ready online the gentleman stated he wouldn't give us the sub unless he could write down my id number stated. My friend didn't have my id because it's not stated anywhere that the id of the person placing would be needed to pick up the sandwich. My friend pleaded that he give the her the sub but gentleman rudely stated no. He stated he doesn't get paid for 3 party sales online. This behavior was highly irregular and disrespectful and whoever heard of showing a driver's license to pick up a $4 sub. If the store is Not ready to handle online orders it should not...

Horrible service I asked the manager who was making my sandwich for extra onions and he told me NOOOO and then he got mad because I told him I don't want the sandwich. I guess he thought I was obligated to spend my money in an establishment where I I can't even get extra onions on my sandwich. Haven't had subway in years because I use to work at one.. but today.. I do not know why I thought it was a great idea. I don't like subway but this one ..by far is the worst one I've been to. The kid who made my sandwich spoke perfect English but was clueless. Not sure if it was his first day or lack of training.. he didn't know the ingredients or how to properly put a sandwich together....
