I’ve been ordering from this location on Palmer for over 25 years. I placed an order last week through text to order like I usually do. I ordered Cinnamon sticks with Extra icing and pizza bread with Pizza sauce. After placing my order, I realized text to order did not charge me for the extra icing so I called the location and told them. I wanted to make sure that I paid the extra charge if there was one. The boy who answered the phone told me to please hold so he could ask. When he came back to the phone he said “It did not charge you because we do not charge extra for icing”. I said okay I just want to make sure so I can pay for it. Fast forward to delivery.. They forget to give me the extra icing AND my pizza sauce (that was paid for). I called back and asked them to bring it back because my child wouldn’t eat the pizza bread without the sauce. Prior to the delivery guy coming back I received a phone call from Jets.. The person on the other line identified herself as the shift manager and her name was HALEY. She began the conversation with- I just want to let you know that next time there is a charge for extra icing. I stopped Haley and told her I was insulted by her phone call because prior to her calling me.. I called and asked if there was an extra charge so I could pay. I told her before you call me have all of your facts. She said her general manager whose name she said she was unable to give me told her to call me and tell me next time there was an upcharge to icing that I already called on asking to pay for. Haley did not call to say k apologize for us forgetting your icing AND your pizza sauce that YOU PAID FOR but instead she called to say next time you owe us more money. It’s sad that I now have to start my weekly Jets bread purchases at another location because of their lack of customer service skills. Never do you forget to give a paying customer something then call to say next time you owe us more money. I told them there is a flaw in their text to order system and that I CALLED to ask about the extra fee but if Jets wants to add a new platform they need to make sure it functionally works adding ALL charges.. even extra charges during the text process. I am very disappointed in this location and I will be following up since Haley told me her general manager told her to call me then he/she left for two weeks. Read moreI order from this location often but after tonight I will not order from here again. My order was #98 placed online around 620pm for a large deep dish with pepperoni and a medium antipasto salad with ranch. The food was over 20 minutes late past the time quoted. I specifically requested either sub the olives for jalenenos or just remove the olives completely because my son is allergic to them. When we got home the salad had olives and we were given one half cup of ranch. I called and the man I spoke to (I'm assuming the manager) was rude and dismissive. He said I could come return the salad for a new one. I mentioned that our pizza would now be cold if I had to drive back up there to pick up the salad, he just made excuses that they are training new people so too bad so sad, zero customer service skills! So I drove back up there and again they only gave one cup of ranch instead of the two it ALWAYS comes with. This second salad was the sorriest looking salad I've ever seen, nothing but lettuce. Of course our pizza was ice cold by the time we were able to eat it. How about offering me something for my time? And if you have incompetent people working for you then perhaps you should check the food before giving it to the customer! Read moreSo.......last weekend I had to have them remake my salad twice. Myself and another customer heard the employees saying several expletives while referring to the beets and what they were going to do with them, I just wanted them on the side. Today I decided to give them another try....felt the bag to ensure I had 2 Greek dressings, 2 ranch and beets on the side only to discover 1 Greek and 3 beets for a medium salad. I mentioned the amount of beets and she said 3 is all a medium salad gets. They bring the other Greek dressing and I said are you sure thats not italian...and it was. They told me my next salad was on them last time then charged me for it so I had to re rang up again........Finally get home with my ham and pineapple pizza thats under cooked.....anyone thats worked at a pizza place knows a pizza with pineapple needs to be cooked a tad longer.....and no turbo crust that I asked for on all my pizzas. I think this place has lost our business. Oh and the pizza was barely cut. 👍btw I've worked at both little Ceasars and jets and im not trying to be difficult but this place needs management or new...
