So I go into one of our local Mexican restaurants, La Fiesta (there are only two). They bring out the normal chips and salsa... around these parts the salsa normally defaults at mild. I prefer HOT, so I usually ask for spicier, or caliente. I asked, and the waiter said yes. As usual he forgot, so I asked again....He said they didn't have hot salsa. I mentioned I had had it there before...He said (without a smile, in fact he wasn't even a little bit friendly the whole time we were there) he thought that I couldn't handle their hot salsa so he didn't bring any out to me. The restaurant is brightly decorated and Uber clean. Lunch for 3 people was slightly less than $30. On Tuesdays,Tacos...

The atmosphere is vibrant and lively, with colorful decor and music that makes you want to dance. The service is top-notch, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They really make you feel like family.

The tortillas were soft and the sauce was perfectly spicy. The guacamole was also a must-try, made fresh tableside with perfectly ripe avocados.
I can't wait to go back and try more of their...
