Black Maple Coffee — Restaurant in Canton

As I was trying order, the guy at the window originally was asking what I would like. I kept telling him I could not hear him and he would not look at me when I am talking to him. I am deaf and hard of hearing. He kept getting nasty with me and I am politely asking him to speak up. He completely got my order wrong and very rude. I simply ask for one of the specialty drinks and I ended up getting an ice coffee. I will not put my money into this business to be treated like this. For the last 3 days I have gone thru my coffee Order is never right . I ask for whip cream and drizzle and I never get it. I have to give them back my coffee to fix it and I’m over it. Now I just won’t ask. The guy at the cash side is rude. No need to be in a service you look like you hate. I use to go thru Lewistown location on my way to Peoria for work and loved that location!
